I'm writing to say , I am very happy with the service they performed. They were very clean and very informative, they EXCEEDED my expectations in every way. They gave me a great warranty for the drain they cleared, they used a high pressure water jetter to clean my mainline. They even put a camera down the line to show me how clean he had gotten the pipe. I like the warranties they give me , the price isn't too bad, i would say its about average. I would recommend them to any one of my friends.
All in all we were very satisfied with the job Mr. Rooter did snaking our pipe. We had rented the tool with Home Depot twice before and as it just wasn't helping we had to suck it up and pay for the BIG professional rooter. The cost was more than $200 which I thought was a lot - but we needed it done. The job was done quickly and after normal business hours for no add'l charge. The man who came was courteous and helpful and though they offered add'l services for more $$ they were not pushy and completed only what was asked of them. No problems with the job done at all. And they also guaranteed their work which was great!
