I can't say enough good things about this dental office! The Dr. and staff are all very friendly and seem to truly care about their patients. The care I received was both thorough and professional. I will say that I had to wait about 10 mins. for my appointment, but it was worth the wait. Not only was it painless dentistry, it was completed quickly. As far as that other review that stated that they are "not honest" and "liars", I think that they are completely honest and truthful. It's obvious by all the laughter and smiling that the staff loves their jobs. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist in the Littleton area.

Dr. Tedford is a good dentist, but cannot do cosmetic dentistry at all. Spending over $5,000 was a hard way to find out not just any dentist can do Lumineers. Cosmetic dentistry takes a real talent and art, I did not believe that, especially with the way Lumineers are advertised...you wouldn't think it was hard. It is. Your dentist needs to be a perfectionist at this, Dr. Tedford is not. His staff is not. His staff broke a healthy tooth while pulling off a temp crown, and said they did nothing. When I asked about a large piece of tooth that I noticed was gone...they said it looks like it chipped..nope, it was GRINDED DOWN! (liars!) worse off...to make the lumineers fit! This is nothing you read about on the Lumineers page is it? You aren't supposed to grind healthy teeth down! Really stay away from this office. Don't let the Christian reading material fool you either, they do not practice honesty at all. I don't know if they are just careless, but never have I heard of a dentist breaking a tooth but then lying about it just floors me!

Pros: easy parking, nice front office ladies, airconditioned in the summer

Cons: bad lumineers, billed insurance company for his error

I'll start by saying Tedford himself seems to be a good guy. He was very nice and obviously a solid dentist from the exam I received.

The cleaning I received prior to his exam was another story. It was rushed and incomplete.

To add to my consternation, the office "misplaced" the x-rays my wife and I brought to them from a previous dentist.

Per the first review, that was all correct. Dr. Tedford is very gentle kind. However, make sure that you have a way to pay for your visit, they do not do in-house billing. Also found that some of the conversations about money were innapproprate considering I was just a patient. It was made clear how much everything they do costs and that dental health insurance hurts them in certain circumstances.

I have also noticed that perhaps the office technology might be a little "behind the times". Once I get my tooth fixed for the "third" time, I think I will go elsewhere. Also be aware that you don't get personal attention from him your whole visit. Each time I've been there he's had at least 2 other people that he was working on. The assistants stay with you just so you don't get bored.

Great staff and personell! Dr Tedford was very gentle and understanding. Highly recommended. He also does work on children, so you can bring your whole family there.
