We needed to get our car serviced and was planning on going to Brighton Ford. We looked up their phone number, and when the receptionist answered (I believe her name was Mary, or Maria), she informed us that we had called Johnsons by mistake. Before hanging up, she asked us what kind of vehicle we were servicing and we told her our Jeep Commander. She asked where we were coming from and told us that their dealership was actually a few miles closer to us and somehow convinced me to come there instead. I am sure glad I did! Our service advisor (older man who sits at the desk furthest from the cashier) was honest and even let us use a coupon he had to save us some money. The wait was not bad at all. I have to say, I have never dealt with such nice and honest people who work at a dealership in my life. We will definately be returning and we will be purchasing our new vehicle from there this summer. I recommend having your vehicle served at this place.
The reason I did not give it 5 stars, is because I have not dealt with the salemen yet, so when I do, I will leave another review.

My sales associate Steve Tortorella at the Dodge dealership was awesome! He found EXACTLY the truck I was looking for, even though it wasn't on their lot, he had it brought in. The other dealership I visited that same day could care less that they didn't have what I was looking for and tried to talk me into another vehicle that was on-site. The sales manager, Matt Boone even sped me through the finance department and processed my paperwork himself. He even pitched in to detail my truck so I could get out the door faster. I was wiating for the truck with my 5-year-old and 1-year-old and the staff there was extremely accomodating and friendly. I have visited MANY dealerships through the years, and I have to say, this was the most personable and professional experience yet.

Stood around for 15 minutes with no help. Sales folks were to distracted talking with each other. Had to go over to the internet sales guy to get help, which was poor as he did not seem interested in helping us. We wanted to look at a GMC Terrain and told him we wanted to keep or monthly payment in the low 300s and we could put down 9000. He said there was no way, we would have to put down at lest 11,000 and basically blew us off. Told us there was no Terrains in the state of CO that would meet our price range of 25,000. We went to Transwest GMC, found a Terrain at that dealership (which is in CO), had great service and got a loaded 2010 Terrain for 319.00 a month!!

We do understand that in a service oriented business our job is to try to make every customer happy and that was obviously not the case here. Unfortunately we canβ??t go back into the past and change what has already transpired, but we can become better as a customer service organization. i have had nothing but problems with johnson auto plaza it all started with me buying the car yah buying it.they blew out spark plugs washing it. then when i took the car to get oil changed they got oil on the floor mat i brought it to there attention and they said they would take care of it... they hosed it off and said i should set it in the sun to dry when i get home. then i took it to get the oil changed yesterday and asked what the differentials looked like long story short the multi point inspection is a frickin joke they have never opened my differentials till i was right bu=y them and asked i will never go to them again for anything

Service Staff was very helpful and quick to get our car running and us back on the road. Good service and will return again. They were able to sqeeze us in and were very accomodating to me and my kids while we had to wait. Great Pontiac Dealer, will do business with them anytime.

When we decided it was time to part with our trusty minivan I was weary of where to take our business. On a trip out of Denver one day we happened upon Johnson Auto Plaza. Set on the corner across from farm land, this dealership exudes small town friendliness. From the time we walked in they made us feel as if we were part of the family. Our salesperson took us from car to car as we struggled with the decision regarding our new purchase. He entertained our children to give my husband and I time to talk. He offered to find us what we wanted if we did not see something there. He seemed interested in making sure we were happy with our purchase rather than just getting us to purchase so he could move on to another buyer. Once the decision was made the finance team quickly secured the financing and were straight forward on all aspects. They even got us a better rate than they had originally promised. While we signed the paperwork our salesperson got out a DVD player and movies for our kids to watch. We were done and out of there in about an hour. Never had we enjoyed a car purchase so much!

When we decided to trade in our second minivan the next month we went straight back to Johnson. Again, we were given dediated one-on-one attention, our needs were assessed, financing was secured quickly.

We now take our vehicles to Johnson for their servicing. We have experience with both the GMC and Chrysler sections. Both areas have done an excellent job servicing our vehices. They are good about keeping to the promised schedule and communicating if a job is going to take longer than expected. They seem to genuinely be concerned that our cars perform to our expectations and are safe for our family.

They will definitely be getting our future car-buying business!
