So bad they're chaging the name

This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. The management is clueless. If you ever are unlucky enough to live here get EVERYTHING in writing. I know this place is cheap, but it is not even worth the meager amount you pay for it. Check other rating sites and you will see what I mean! The new managment company is worse then the previous one, but they had the brilliant idea of changing the name to Santana Ridge. Maybe they can trick some people into thinking it is a different place and not the same old Summer Chase.
