HORRIBLE! Worse customer service I've EVER experienced! Called them a week ago because my C-PAP mask was broken and I needed a replacement. They told me I'd have one in 2 days. It never showed up so I called today and was told that

Today, September 30, 2011, will be the last day I use this company. I recent;y found out that, for FOUR YEARS, the office had me scheduled for delivery for the WRONG DAY. Every time I would get a call out of the blue saying my O2 was here, but since I wasn't expecting them. it took me longer to get up the stairs and to the door. Most of the time, the driver was already in his truck pulling away or close to it. They then put me on a 6 week schedule because they would show up sometimes 2 weeks in a row wanting to fill my tank. The last delivery, again on the wrong day, he topped my tank off by 1 bar. ONE BAR, then told me I would be on yet another schedule with yet another driver. In the process of yanking my tank out of the garage, he hooked a wheel of my walker and scratched the hell out of a $1200 3lb portable. I would rather smother in my sleep than deal with these incompetents one more time. Don't even get me started on their consistent refusal to provide canulas, (for a long time, all they would leave were 4 foot PEDIATRIC CANULAS) forcing me to try and clean one longer than I should and getting REOCCURRING sinus infections.

Apria is a monopoly provider under my insurance so I will have to spend $3000 out of on a portable concentrator or die in my sleep, but either is better than being treated like garbage for years by idiot drivers and the dispatchers who can't keep a schedule.

So long, Apria! I won't miss you one bit, even if it costs me my life.
