Avalon Motorsports

Recently brought in my B7 2.0T to Brian & crew to beef it up a bit. Had an APR flash, diverter valve and Stassis exhaust system installed. So far everythings is great! My Audi now performs much more to my liking. I would highly recommend Avalon Motorsports and will look forward to visiting Brian & crew for future mods. and service.

Avalon has been an absolute pleasure to work with. When dealing with a shop, the most important things to me are honesty, communication and customer service and Brian/Avalon have more than surpassed my expectations! What I like most is that Avalon doesnt just do what you tell them to do, they take the time to truly understand what your goals and objectives are. Based on those objectives, they recommend both short term and long term strategies to accomplish the goals that youve set out for your car. Brian has done an absolutely fantastic job keeping me updated with timely communications and recommendations along the way, and Im not the type of person thats easily impressed. Avalon youve certainly earned my business! So, despite the fact that I live in Colorado Springs, Avalon is the only place I'll let work on my Audi.

I have taken my A4 to Avalon for years now, as has my dad with his A6 and my brother with his Passat. We will continue to go there exclusively for years to come. Avalon is the premier German car shop around where I can always count on Phil and Brian to help me out in addition to having the best pricing around! Highly recommended!!

I was traveling through Denver and ended up having my 2005.0 Audi B6 S4 start running rough. I did a search on the Internet and found that Avalon had really good reviews. I also happened to be less than a mile from them.

So I decided to give them a call. I spoke to Brian, I believe, and he told me to limp the car over. The planets aligned and they happened to have the part I needed (a replacement coil pack), and they had time between other jobs. I was back on the road within an hour, for only $75 bucks.

I was super happy with them, I would highly recommend them.

I've taken my Audi A6 to Avalon for a year now, and I could never imagine taking it anywhere else ever again.

Here's what you should expect from Avalon:

1) Accurate, honest quotes. I've never ended up paying more than I expected for any work, which is not common amongst specialist shops.

2) Daily phone calls. I've had a few strange problems, including one that only showed up in the early morning. They got to my car first thing in the morning every day for a week, and called me every day with theories. When it turned out to be a carbon buildup, they found a dealership who could fix it and waived my diagnostic fees for a week of work.

3) Exemplary work. I don't know how they afford Phil, but the front range is lucky that they do. Their work is exhaustive, quick, and expertly performed.

4) Reasonable prices. On some of their work, they're not the cheapest. On some work they are. I don't have the inclination or the desire to get multiple quotes on all the work that needs done to my car, I just want it done right without getting scammed. I've never gotten my car back and wished I'd gone somewhere else, and neither will you.

Really, there is no work these guys cannot do, from full engine rebuilds to ECU tuning to simple maintenance, and there's no one in 800 miles that does it better, faster, and more reliably than them. This is what "5 star" means.

I moved a year ago to Denver and this is the first place I took my Audi to fix it and I am very pleased with the service so far. As a woman that does not know much about cars is always hard to find an expert that you can trust on. I consider that Brian and Phil always have always been honest. They invariably have a good solution for any type of problem and, the best of all, you will get reasonable quotes.

They have taken care of a transmission change, a cooling system repair and oil change among other things. If something does need to be changed right away or if there are different alternatives for fixing a problem they will tell let you know. This shows their expertise and commitment to their clients' satisfaction. It does not matter if it is something as simple as an oil change or a major repair, the service is always great!

Avalon guys were knowledgeable and gave my VW a good service (brakes, shocks, etc). I was able to drop off and pick up my car at my convenience. The bill was exactly what they said and they gave a small discount as well. I would go back for future service or upgrades, and I would recommend Avalon to anyone.

-Free check engine light check and quick physical inspection
-Reasonable price on a mass air flow sensor (A4)
-Labor rates although not significantly lower than at the dealer are substantiated by their commitment to quality though and qualified Audi certified tech

Overall good experience, would definitely recommend to other Audi owners.

I feel that Avalon Motorsports is in a class of it's own, the service I have received from them is amazing, they always seem to have one goal in mind, that goal being to provide great customer service at a reasonable cost. I drive a BMW 325I and I have had Avalon do many jobs for me from basic oil changes all the way to brakes and rotors, not only did they do it in a timely manner but the cost was unbeatable. People always say "you get what you pay for" but when it comes to Avalon Motorsports this isn't the story, I always seem to get a great deal and my car comes out better each time. My personal experience has been close to amazing, Brian and his crew are friendly, honest, and hard working. I believe this is what sets them apart from the competition. I believe that if you drive a German car and you aren't taking it to Avalon you need to. I feel that Brian has taken Avalon Motorsprts to a new level, a level that the competition can't and won't reach.

After being relocated to the Denver area, I was in search for a good garage so the search began. Being an owner of a B6 S4, and driving into the area, I noticed a difference in driving the vehicle due to the elevation difference from sea level to mile high. I called them up after doing a web search for garages in the area and they were nice enough to tell me to stop right over. Just from talking to Brian and Phil over the phone, I got a good sense of security that any issues that popped up they would be open to taking on the challenge. So after meeting Brian and Phil in person and my concern with the engine performance, they pulled out the VAG-COM, ran the codes, checked everything out, and when I asked what I owe ya...they said don't sweat it and sent me on my way. Coming from the east coast and only being in the CO area for a day or so...I was confident that the decision to keep Avalon as my garage was locked up. I also jumped on some of the local audi forums and posted the question about Avalon and local garages, and hands down everyone posted Avalon was the key choice and Brian's always there to help. Being in the Denver area for 6 months now, and picking Brian & Phil's brain more then once, sometimes I'm sure they thought I was a pain in the a$$, I can say if anyone's looking for a honest helping hand and a shop that can do it all, Avalon is the place to go.

The guys at Avalon have been super to deal with. They were able to fully custom tune my Audi with stage 3 turbo set up, and Phil, their expert Audi/VW tech is second to none. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!!!

Most people come to Avalon for their aftermarket parts and service but they still can also perform your standard maintenance items and at a reasonable price. The mechanics are excellent at diagnosing your problem and always fix my problems the first time. Much can be said for not having to return over and over.

Brian and his staff are always accommodating and with the nice showroom with TV and wireless Internet it gives you plenty to do while you wait for your vehicle.

I drive the extra mile to have Avalon service my vehicles.

My 1.8T 2002 GTI needed a Timing Belt Service and they had the parts on hand and a fair price on the install. Much less than the dealership for the same parts and at least equal, if not superior, workmanship. It's nice to be able to look into the eyes of the guy who worked on your car. Clean shop. Experienced team.

I mentioned a possible noise from the serpentine belt/tensioner but didn't expect it to be replaced, which added slightly more to the repair than I expected, but that's probably my fault for not being clearer. There wasn't any extra labor charge for it though and they even fixed a weird brake light issue for free so a great deal overall. Probably half what the same work at the dealership would cost.

As a service manager for a well known computer retailer, I know a good shop when I see it and would certainly recommend Avalon Motorsports. Thanks guys!

I recently had my 2000 Audi S4 in for service at Avalon and I am very happy with the customer service of Brian, and the knowledge Phil offers as a mechanic. Avalon Provided me excellent service, very good pricing and quicker turn around than anyone else in town could provide. Brian and his staff are honest and don't try to replace/repair more than needs to be done. I highly recommend them for service or parts. Now that i don't live locally i won't be able to get service there. But i will still order parts from them when i need upgrades or replacement parts. Thanks for the great service guys!! -Eric

Avalon recently changed my timing belt on my car for about $250 less than other quotes I had received. In addition they also replaced my coolant tank which developed a leak shortly thereafter. Avalon fixed the problems with the coolant tank no questions asked and provided great customer service. New facilities and service advisors are great to work with and I look forward to their service going forward.

Brian and the crew from Avalon came highly recommended by many local Audi and VW owners. When it came time to replace the clutch on my 2002 Audi A4 I called Avalon and several other local independent shops to get quotes. I immediately noted the difference in Avalon's customer service. Brian was very responsive to my request and took the time to put together a solution that met my needs and my budget.

While in service, Phil noted several other areas that needed attention. Rather than talk me into making more repairs, Brian and Chris walked me through the problem areas and sent me digital pictures of what they'd found. This honesty and openness was very refreshing. This level of service, attention to detail and honesty will keep me going back to Avalon Motorsports again and again.

Brian and the team at Avalon did an amazing job taking care of my 2001 Audi S4. I had to go on a long trip of about a month long, and they were gracious enough to let me leave the car with them while parts were on order. The install of my new suspension, tires and wheels has been great, and I'm thankful for the recommendation regarding which coilover setup to go with.

The staff at Avalon was incredibly helpful over the phone and in person - always detailing options without pushing you in a direction they want you to go. Brian, Chris and Phil are all knowledgeable guys who treat each customer the same and will often go out of their way to make your life easier.

I had them do a turbo swap on an older car which resulted in some headaches but they helped me sort everything out without nickel and diming me. From finding me a rental car off hours to running all over Denver to find parts my experience has been excellent each time I visit. I will continue to use their services for as long as I own an Audi.

My experience with Avalon has been nothing but the best. They have done nothing but exceed my expectaions in all area's. They are very knowledgable in all aspects of the Audi/Vw scene. And have only been helpful with all of the question I have had. They definitely specialize in customer service and making sure you understand what's going on. As far as pricing wise, they've had the fairest pricing I've found yet. And I have gone to other well known shops around town. But I always come back to Avalon, and they are now my first stop no matter what. I would recommend them to anyone in the Audi/VW community. Wheather you're looking to build a stage 3 S4, or just get an oil change. Brian, Chris, and Phil at Avalon are willing to help you out no matter what your goal is.

Avalon Motorsports continues to impress me with their exceptional costumer service and knowledge base of Audi and Volkswagons. I treat my Audi S4 as if it were my baby and my mind is at ease when it is in the hands of Avalon Motorsports. Weather your there for an oil change or Stage 3 install Brian, Kim, and the entire staff make you feel like a part of the Avalon family. When I picked up my S4 I arrived a few hours early. Brain and Kim shared their lunch with me as I waited!!! I could not be happier with the work they did and I know my S4 appreciated it

I have a 2002 S4 which I probably treat as good as my wife....she'd say better. What's important to me is finding someone who can do great work and you can trust to give you an honest assessment for a fair price. I wasn't sure a shop like that existed until I found Avalon. Brian and Phil are top rate guys. I would definitely recommend them....and I often do.

Simply put: I have put a fair amount of time and money in the capable hands of this company and have yet to be disappointed.

I have yet to be dissapointed... there were a few hiccups, but they were dealt with in such a timely and professional matter they don't deserve mentioning. I will always give my business to this company before anyone else. Your money and time will be in good hands with this company.

There are a few shops around Denver that provide aftermarket parts and service for European cars, none of them have this level of customer service. Avalon has made sure I have been satisfied with everything from a $12 part, to engine service.

I would not take my Audi anywhere else.

I have placed several orders with Avalon and each time, I have received my packages extremely quickly, and without any mistakes or missing parts. The staff has made it a point to talk to me on the phone to confirm every order, which seems to be a rare thing these days.

Brian has done an admirable job in turning around Avalon Motorsports. He offers great customer service and excellent pricing.

He's beginning to offer custom products like an oil cooler kit for B5 S4's that works very well.

They've recently added service with a dealer factory trained tech.

I highly recommend Avalon for your service and tuning needs.
