DON'T live here!! The company/staff is awful. They lied, lost my TV that was delivered to the office, and are not friendly. I wouldn't want my worst enemy to have to deal with this apt complex. Not to mention, lots of screaming kids

I set up an apartment with them on a Saturday. I filled out the paperwork, and I provided them with a deposit. I gave them all of the necessary information. I was setting up an apartment through my company for some exchange students that were coming in to work for us for the summer. They told me to call on Monday to confirm everything was set up. On Monday, I called them to find out if they needed anything else from me to get the apartment secured. Suddenly, they are telling me that it will be an additional 25% PER MONTH above what they committed to me on Saturday when I was in for the apartment. 25%!!!! I told them that was outrageous, and I was not going to pay that. I told them they had committed a price to me on Saturday when I was in, and they needed to honor that commitment. I paid the application fee and deposit on Saturday based on that information. They tried telling me they were sorry, but the staff they had on Saturday was new. I told them that did not matter to me, and I felt like they just tried the old bait and switch with me. They told me that's just the way it was, and they weren't going to change it. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told she was too busy to talk with me. Then I told them that I was going to report them to the Bette Business Bureau, and I would put reviews out everywhere I could find. I was then asked to hold on and a minute later, suddenly the manager has time to talk to me. She stated that she was sorry for the confusion, but the people that were there on Saturday are new and they do not know the policies. I told her that was poor management to staff with people that were unable to properly set things up, but that they should live up to the commitment they made to me. She said that wasn't going to happen, and I would have to pay the additional 25% per month if I wanted an apartment there. I told her that was not going to happen, and I would be back in to get my deposit and application fee back. I then told her I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau, and I would be posting bad reviews everywhere I could find. Her response was to tell me that 2 could play at that game, and she would do the same to my company. I was floored!!! I asked her how she felt like it was okay to threaten me and my company. I asked her how she planned on writing the B.B.B. and posting bad reviews about my company when we have not done anything to them or done any business with them. Then she suddenly backed down, but she stood her ground that I would either pay the additional 25% or I was not going to get an apartment. I don't know what kind of operation they are running, but I would tell anyone to STAY away from this place!!! If they treat someone who is trying to give business to them like this, imagine how they will treat someone that is already locked into a lease with them!!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS!!!

Nothing works here, they're so lazy the signs on the buildings still say ""The Orchards"", there's frequent car vandalism, many tweakers, and generally though it looks nice on the outside, once you've lived here you'll realize what a rip-off it is.

SO...hot tub hasn't worked since October, it took 3 weeks and three trips to the office to get an element replaced in my oven, promised carpet cleaning was never done, plumbers hired to fix leaky faucet left cut pipe leaking from water heater for hours, and two months after reporting a roof leak and water damage, I STILL have not heard back from them, and now MOLD is growing on my ceiling, yet they say they'll get right on it. Nothing works here, they're so lazy the signs on the buildings still say ""The Orchards"", there's frequent car vandalism, many tweakers, and generally though it looks nice on the outside, once you've lived here you'll realize what a rip-off it is.
