I'm more familiar with the Highlands location. Although this Denver pizza joint is great. The ingredients are top quality.

Really like the food but portion control and service are just plain horrible, what the f' is the manager of this place doing because he sure isn't paying attention to his food costs or customer retention.

Ok pizza at an inflated price. I had much higher expectations, given the reviews and apparent popularity of this place.

The Rebellion (which apparently is not on CitySearch) is infinitely better, less expensive and far friendlier.

Pasquini's has been a long time favorite for me, but the past few years the service has been really spotty at this location.

The food is always freah & delicious, & they have a reasonable selection of wine at decent prices, but its a travesty when service won't allow you to enjoy your food.

Our server Crystal might have well been lighting fires under our chairs. My friend had his entire starter salad in front of him & she asked if she could take it. Then, not even 5 minutes after she had brought our food out, she stops by to ask if we are "still working?". We had full plates and a whole bottle of wine for a table of 5. We let her bring us our tab but she pretty much ruined the dinner.

Thanks Crystal. We brought people from out of town specifically here b/c it has been a wonderful place & you made it McDonalds.

Great Italian food, fun atmosphere, inexpensive and tasty wine list with great service. This place has been a staple of our family for years. Bread sticks to start the meals are dripping in butter and garlic, best thick red sauce in the area and my favorite is the eggplant parmesan, best in Denver (IMHO). This restaurant has two sides, the original grittier side and the new one, I like either one.

Great italian food at reasonable prices. Kids can make their own pizza plus kids eat free on tuesdays! They also have $5 pitchers of sangria on Thursday nights. Parking could be tough.

Pasquini's is a Denver Landmark/Staple. Great Italian food and at a reasonable price. The kids love to make their own homemade pizza, my parents ask to go whenver their in town, and I love that kids eat free on Tuesday nights. Went two Tuesdays ago and split the fruit tart for dessert with my daughter. Delicious!

If you want a good Itailian Restaurant with no frills, Pasquini's will be perfect. We shared the large salad and 1 Calzone. The salad with Balsamic was excellent and the Classic Calzone was outstanding. The manager even came over to see if we were happy, which we were.

If you go make sure to get the chocolate mousse encased with a hard dark chocolate, it is addicting.

This place is highly recommended.

We are a pizza-loving family and we love Pasquini's. In my opinion, they have the best pizza in Denver!! Whenever our family is looking for a casual dinner out--we end up at Pasquini's. The pizza is the gem here but the other menu items are very good too. My husband ordered the eggplant parmesan last week and was very pleased. The atmosphere is very casual and the place can get a bit loud especially on the week-ends but that is why it is a great place for families and groups.

Pasquini's is a must for pizza-lovers in Denver. The food is much better than the rubber food that comes from the various pizza chains from your your nearest strip mall. I delivered for a couple of the mega chains so I know.

Pasquini's has great salads too. I dig!

It isn't hip to say that Pasquini's has the best pizza anymore - but it does. Most everyone has eaten there at least a few times over the 20 some years that they have been around. Rather, most people want to prove to everyone that they know of the newest restaurants in town, many of which have cracker thin pizza and more PDAs beeping than a World of Warcraft convention.

When I have a big date night or my parents come to town, I always take them to Pasquini's. My dad would scoff at the cracker pizzas that most places try to pass off as food. At Pasquini's, we can get a large pizza and a bottle of wine for just a few bucks. A great neighborhood place.

Just tried this place out for the first time. I ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad for take out for lunch. I know about Caesar salads extremely well because they're the only ones I've been ordering with my meals or stand alone for over a decade now, wherever in the country I go out to eat. I've literally had THOUSANDS of different Caesar's and this hands down, without thinking about it is THE WORST!!! As soon as the waitress delivered it to me I looked at two little containers full of something that looked just like coagulated potato salad with lots of snot on it! I asked her what it was, and she responded 'That's the dressing.' I just looked at her for a second.

'That's the dressing?!' I said with a shock

'Well, when you order it to go it kinda holds together like that.'

WTF????!!!!!! No Caesar is supposed to look exactly like mustard potato salad with snot on it. It was exactly the consistency of potato salad when I attempted to mix it with the salad which is impossible. It tasted OK I guess, not so much like Caesar dressing should though, but how can you get past the fact that you're eating a Caesar with something that looks like MUSTARD POTATO SALAD WITH SNOT ON IT!!!!!!!

Whatever genius 'chef' came up with this recipe is a hack!!!! As an epicurian, I'm livid that this place is allowed to stay in business!!!

We went to this location and it looks great from the outside but they fail to truly utilize the potential of this place w/ bar and restaurant as well as indoor and outdoor space. That said, it's still quaint enough and we've enjoyed the location on 17th before but this food was way below par. The pesto penne was incredibly over seasoned w/ pesto and the general quality of the ravioli would have been better from chef boyardee...I know tough but true. The waiter turned out to be the manager as well and when we gave him feedback on the pesto dish he agreed but said that next time we come in to look for him and he'll give us a deal...c'mon! We've been to a lot of restaurants around this town and have had good/bad experiences but when you give genuine feedback and you agree that it's subpar, you either comp that dish or try to get you to return with a free coupon to some sort. We got desert to go which looked good and after a couple bites is now in our trash...bummer. Anyway, people were nice enough and we really wanted to like this place is it's a cool layout, but we'll never go back there...thx for reading :)

This is one of my favorite spots. Great bread sticks before your meal and the calzones are amazing. One is enough for 2 meals. But the best part of all are their desserts.

The decor is original, not like some chain. Make sure to check out the bathrooms.

Wait staff is always courteous and fast

My husband and I ate here on our 1st date. It's a quaint, small restaurant. I'd recommend eating upstairs. Mostly families are downstairs and it's louder with the front door, etc. Good atmosphere for talking. Great food, but it takes awhile to get.

I put a review down on the other Pasquini's link here, but figured I'd share that perspective here in case someone misses that one. I have to agree that the service and the food are each pretty questionable (The service more so than the food, but the food's inconsistent enough to wonder what just happened). I also agree with the comment on the "hipster" of it - sometimes it seems like the service might be so "cool" that it's not always there to seat you, to take your order, or to get your order right - maybe more just to be cool. I will say that, in the few times I've been, it was great once, truly bad other times, while gotten better. BTW - I guess it'll take me a few minutes to figure out how all the ranking stars are full (nearly), while the reviews I read here are not good.

Why do people like this place so much? Everytime I have eatten there, I've wanted to come back less. Now I don't think I'll go back. Delevery time is NEVER under and an "hour &15." The food is decent as they use good ingreedients but the sercice is TERRIBLE. The stupid hipsters they have working there with their F-U attitude make the experience. Goodbye

I have never had an enjoyable meal here. They have never (three different times) gotten my order correct. I order a very standard meal with one substitution. I am not sure what all the hype is over this place. Very disappointing and will never return. There are too many good Italian places in Denver to waste your money here. I would never recommend it to anyone.

Pasquini's on Broadway is a hip place that even un-hip people can enjoy. I go for the chicken pesto pizza, which is delicious! My husband usually gets the spaghetti. Their salads are very fresh and they have a good wine selection by the glass or bottle (good bottles for under $10). The only drawback is that they can be very crowded at times, although they recently expanded, so maybe this is not so much of a problem anymore. I recommend this restaurant.

We went to the Broadway location last week after not having been for maybe a year (besides takeout). The new expansion is really very nice, with patio seating being excellent. We had a wonderful server who was generally attentive and very friendly. The first wine we ordered was out, as was the second. The third choice arrived and was good. We ordered an arugula salad which was very nice, but ease up on the pine nuts, guys. I don't need $6 of pine nuts on my salad. Next, we ordered two pizzettas. They took absolute ages to come, but Pasquini's isn't known for its speed, so no huge worries there (though if we hadn't had a salad and those yummy breadsticks I would have been grumpily hungry. My husband's pizzetta had an ingredient that he didn't order on it (tomatoes), but what the hell. He didn't send it back, just brushed off the tomatoes. I ordered garlic on my 'za and it was there, but not really cooked enough (roast it, folks - make it creamy, not bitey). The server offered a free dessert because of the mis-made pizzetta (very generous as it was hardly 'ruined') and while she recommended the fruit tart (which we would have been wise to agree to), we ordered the profiteroles. Now, I'm not a profiterole snob, but I've had some pretty transcendant ones...and I wasn't expecting that at Pasquinis, but they do BAKE there so I assumed they'd be decent. NOT SO. The 'cream' was out of a spray can and the pastry and chocolate were literally inedible. I don't know if they had been stored in a fridge with something else giving off odors or if the pastry was just old or what, but they were awful. If you can't make 'em right (or even passable), take them off the menu!!

Pasquini's is your classic neighborhood pizzaria with a modern flare. They have great specials and their food is amazing (all of it!) My friends and I meet there at least once a week for an inexpensive get together with great food.

I love to go to the broadway location and sit upstairs (better atmosphere). Its a great place to meet friends, especially on $2.50 Coors light pitcher nights (every monday and thursday). If you're hoigty-toigty, stay away. Service is acceptable, but the food is great! There is something for everyone, healthy and vegetarian options as well as gourmet pizza toppings and fresh pastas. We love the breadsticks, complimentary with dinner. A fun place to meet with friends after work or on the weekend.

I had been a regular at Pasquinis for years going back to 97, I bought my bread at their bakery and loved to take friends to the restaurant. I always expected a long wait for a table but it was worth it now the wait is less but the food and service are no longer worth it. The bakery shut down and it seems as if all the reasons I loved this place are gone. Time to find a new spot huh?

Everyone that we've taken to Pasquini's has loved it. Big portions - soft breadsticks dripping with butter - Dad said it was the best lasagne he'd ever had. The location on 17th is great - get a table outside on the back patio and enjoy a warm Colorado evening. The location on Broadway has "flavorful" decor (sit upstairs, not downstairs). The only downsides have been inconsistent service and the off-street parking.

This pizza used to be some of the best in Denver. Recently I went there with friends touting it was the best NY pizza - was I embarrassed. Chain pizza's are better than what they are serving up. And the service is slower than ever. We all left frustrated and won't return. It appears to be a change in the cooks, management, etc.

Noisey neighborhood Italian eatery with just enough atmosphere to make it Ok for what they the lack in quality. There are better choices in the area for Authentic Cuisine. Cafe Cero a block and a half South serves Excellent Authentic Italian Cuisine with Atmosphere! It is our first choice for a night of Italian and Wine, space for two or 20!!

this is the first restaurant i ever went to when i moved here. i've only been to the one on 17th, but i've been several times and always love it. the food is great (and plentiful!) you can't beat a $12 bottle of wine, and, if you have room for dessert, be sure and try the chocolate candle. they have a great patio, and service is friendly (warning, it is very laid-back) and the atmosphere is fun. it's a great first date place!

It's the little places like Pasquini's that make me love denver. I do agree that the one on 17th is better than the one on Broadway. The food is great and I have never had bad service there. I live out of state now and when I am in town Pasquini's is always on my list of places to visit. The funky atmosphere and the laid back servers are awesome.

As many of you know, it is pretty difficult to find good pizza in Denver, but Pasquini's is one of the few that makes a decent pie. The decor here is a little off beat, but that just adds to its charm. The complimentary bread sticks are pretty darn good as well. I don't live close to this place, but I've made the drive a few times when I've gotten the craving for a good pizza.

Pros: Good Pizza, Comp breadsticks

Great dive - good pastries - bad seating, not the best place for a group of people - perfect for couples

Call me crazy, but I think this is absolutely the best Pizza in town - but then I only live a few blocks away and love the crust on the Sicilian and the bread sticks...the restaurant can sometimes be a little smokey, but for pizza, beer and atmosphere, its the ticket!

I went there about 7 years ago, and let me tell you, I've been dreaming of returning ever since. I tell everyone going to Denver to stop by and try that place.

The pizza is delicious! And the help there is so friendly! They do have two different locations, and one is the bakery and the other one serves lunches, so be sure to go to the right one!

This place is the best pizza I can find outside of my ex-wife's (and hers was excellent!). The selection will make your head spin from large and "personal" pizzas to every pasta dish you can ask for and more! Don't fill up on the garlic breadsticks which come after you order though they make an excellent side to go with their large salads. If you get there towards dinnertime, you can usually catch Mama shaping dough balls and inviting the little ones to join her....something to keep the kids busy and have fun, too! BTW, all breads, DESSERTS, AND pastas are HOMEMADE and available at their bakery down the street! INCREDIBLE DESSERTS!

Cons: CAN'T THINK OF ANY

Can Pasquini's be better? Everything here is great. The Spaghetti, Pizza, and especially the Calzones, are unbelievable. Plus, the bread sticks are the best, and they are free. The atmosphere is laid back, and the silverware and plates do not match, making it seem like a buddies house. Eat here if you love food.

Pasquini's has the best pizza in the metro area. The crust isn't too greasy or chewy, the sauce has the right amount of spice, and the selection of toppings makes for a tasty pizza!

Dis Pizza is da he'sus of pizza's in Denver. Every bite leaves you wanting more. The dough, the sauce....the cheeze. It leaves one to wonder what magical curiosity was behind the making of this pizza.

We go to the Louisville location every Saturday and get the New York style pizza. Altough it isn't truely a NY pizza it is by far the best attempt that we have seen in Colorado. They give you bread sticks prior to your dinner and the usually are excellent, but with all bread in Colorodo sometimes it gets dry. What we like best the is the wait staff. Mostly college kids that are friendly and have laid back additudes. Ask for Shawn if you go and tell him Gary sent you. Not that it matters.

$12 bottle of wine, and a calzone that's too big for 2 meals! Create your own - and enjoy the leftovers! Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff make it a worthwhile visit! Also recommend the salads - fresh & huge!!

Reality check: This is not NY pizza, not that I think NY pie is that wonderful, but this is not it period. The decor is nice at both locations, but the the food and service uptown is a complete joke. And the reviews by anonymous that rate everything a 10 must have been written by an ad agency!.

The original Pasquini's location, this funky double-decker pizza house has a kitschy atmosphere and a New York City feel. The pies feature a thick, doughy home-style crust, perfect for hosting the joint's many topping options. You'll find…
