My brother and I were in last month looking at the new Dodge Durango's and when we arrived we were met by a good looking sales man, who greeted us politely and took us inside. From the moment I walked on the dealership to the moment I signed the papers to buy the vehicle, I felt that my needs were above the dealerships, I was offered water and food and was introduced to the parts and service departments, I know that there have been some negative ratings on here about Cherry Creek Dodge, but I found that since I treated them with respect I was treated with respect in return, I have now sent my brother and mom to the dealership and they have both bought vehicles, overall a great buying experience!!!

When my wife and I were in the market for a new Dodge 1500, we came to Dealin Doug's Cherry Creek Dodge, when we got there we were met with smiles from everyone. The process was smooth and the salesman we met with was bright looked like Doogie Howser, and very low pressure. Although some of the other reviews on this website state that this dealership is not good, they are doing so out of anger, and unfortunately, Id guess that no dealersip would be able to handle their problems. Unfortunately, this is a big dealership and some of the customers are going to be unhappy some way or another, but I sent my brother and sister to this place to get their vehicles, I wouldnt do that if I didnt honestly believe that they were professionals.

I recently went to this dealership to purchase the new Dodge Durango. They told me they could get the Model, Color and options I wanted but that it wouldn't be delivered for 2 days. It took a week for the car to come in. When I went to see the car it did not have all the options as promised, big surprise! They said they would be adding the additional options at the dealership and it would be ready the following day. Long story short, it has now been 5 days and I still do not have a vehicle. The latest story being that it needs a new instrument cluster that won't be in for a few more days. These guys don't know how to tell the truth. Stay away from this dealership!!!!

I bought a used car through Cherry Creed Dodge, and they cut so many corners it was unbelievable. They are the worst group of cheapskates and their customer service is horrendous.\nThe car I bought came with a pretty expensive cargo tray in the back, and I saw it when I came to test drive the car. When I came back to pick it up after buying it, the cargo tray was gone. They told me they'd lost too much money on the sale to replace it, and they said I could just go buy another one myself.\nThey also promised to do a repair on the car because it had come in with the Check Engine light on. There were two parts they needed to replace, but they only replaced the cheapest possible part, causing the Check Engine light to come back on after a week of my driving it. They refused to actually go back in and fix the whole thing. I took it to Go Subaru and they were incredible, super helpful, and very understanding.\nIf you're looking for a car, DON'T GO TO CHERRY CREEK DODGE. They will rip you right off, and maybe steal something along the way. Oh, and they'll send you weekly email spam about the dealership.

User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars \r\nby Chris 11/02/2010 \r\nWe bought a used AWD Chevy Uplander in October 2010. We were lied to from 3 different people, including a manager, about a dent I had seen in photos in their online listing. They said there was never a dent that the pictures were of a different vehicle. Later we learned they had pounded out a dent in the back bumper and did not properly fix the tail light. It had obviously been crashed. When we tried to drive in snowy conditions the AWD would not engage and the vehicle couldn't drive. We took the vehicle in to be fixed since we were suppose to be covered by a 1000 mile ""Dealing Doug Gold Warranty"", oh wonderful a piece of paper that means nothing. They said bring it down when our conditions in Denver are bad so we can duplicate the problem. We live 120 miles from the dealership in the mountains. By the time they have snow were will be burried. They cover up damage and do not disclose, they offer warranties they don't honor, they make promises they do not keep, they lie! BUYER BEWARE!

Do NOT trust these guys I bought a car from these people and upon looking at the fine print was charged for numerous miscellaneous charges that I was told I was getting for free, such as oil changes, as part of the deal. There was at least $1,000 in miscellaneous charges that I was told upon speaking with finance that were all part of the price, not extra. The car went back and I will be telling everyone to go elsewhere, these guys are hustlers.

We took the time to look on the internet before driving all the way over there. We even called and spoke to a sales person who assured us that the car we were intersted in was there and still available. Guess what? We drove all the way there to find out someone wasn't telling us the truth.
