Allbrick Veterinary Clinic

I wanted to make Allbrick my go-to clinic because my cash is tight. But my faith in them got lower and lower due to mistakes, bad customer service, and rushed exams. I decided to take my dogs to a great and more expensive vet for injuries or health problems, and just use Allbrick for vaccines, nail trims, and anal gland expressions. I went there and the vet cut into my dog's nail quick which bled for 15 minutes while they kept trying to stop it. Also, I brought shot records showing what the dogs have already been immunized against at another clinic. But then Allbrick gave full immunizations which duplicated a rabies vaccine. Sigh, not even the basic stuff do I trust them for.

this place is a joke and i would NEVER recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Our dogs have been going there for at least 20 years and our 12 year old dog got blood work done and they never gave us any results 2 months later she was getting really sick and vomiting blood so we called them because it was an emergency. They simply said they did not have time for our dog, we kept calling and finally they gave us another number so we went there. turns out our poor baby had bad cancer and had to be put down and she was suffering. We called them and they did not give us results because they lost the blood work. The outcome could have been different. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET

I have been going to Allbrick for alot of years. Up until my last couple of visits I have always had a great experience. The last couple of visits Dr. Yedo has been acting like a real ASS. I don't know what his issue is but I am now looking for e new vet to take my two dogs to. I am telling everyone that I know not to take their animals there anymore and I am not or will never recommend them to anyone else ever again. I don't know if he relizes that the customers that he is chasing off are the same ones that are paying for his remodel and his livelihood. Hopefully he reads this and gets a clue. I will miss the other staff as they have always made the experience worth while, but when the vet treats people like CRAP I can't excuse that behavior. I hope that the people that were seen before and after me take the time to write in and express there disappointment in his facility.

The vet I saw was not very friendly. He did not give me any time to explain concerns with my dog. I was interrupted and dismissed quickly during the exam. I felt very unwelcome and they made it uncomfortable to ask questions. To top it off, because of the quick exam the vet misdiagnosed my dog and scheduled him for surgery. I wanted a second opinion and it turned out my dog did not need surgery at all. Someone recommended that I go here because of lower fees. However, if you love your pet, lower fees are not worth risking their life or health.

I have been using Allbrick veterinary clinic for 3 years. I have always found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Yes, sometimes there is a wait, but if you had an extremely sick pet wouldn't you want your vet to take a little extra time to be sure they are doing everything they can for you? The people whose complaints I have read probably haven't taken that into account. A little wait is worth quality care, very reasonable prices, optional house calls, a vet who is willing to work out payments with you, grooming and bording on sight and a careing staff. I would (and have) recommend this clinic to anyone who cares for the welfare of their pets. Obviously, I am not the only one who feels this way as the assistants never seem to have a lack of things to do. So please, consider these things when you read the negative reviews of this clinic.

The staff at Allbrick Vet is unbelievably friendly and the Dr.'s are very knowledgeable. The prices are great and I love knowing that when I take my three dogs there, they are going to be well taken care of.

This is a great clinic for anyone's pets. I've been taking my 2 beagles to Dr. Yedo for almost 5 years and have always been happy with the care. Plus, THE PRICES ARE UNBEATABLE!!! In a tough economic time, it's a relief to know my vet bills will remain reasonable.

I wish I would have read the reviews about this place before going. I saw Dr.Tucker and seriously, I don't know what her problem is. She was very rude and incompetent. She looks like she should have retired 20 years ago and it reflects in her work. If you are not happy with your job then quit! She was quick and careless in her exam of my dog and very unpleasant. A misdiagnosis on her part cost me a lot of money elsewhere. You are better off trying to treat your own dog with no education (and definitely get better results) than taking them here. Overall the place was dirty, your pet is likely to catch something by just walking in. Obviously overbooked, I waited nearly an hour which may also be a factor to the poor quick care you receive when it is your turn. .Poor care and an absolutely RUDE doctor make this the last place I would recommend going.

I have been wanting to write the Allbrick Veterinary clinic to complain about how rude and unprofessional Dr.Tucker was when I was there. I'm not sure anyone would care though. She was extremely short, wouldn't listen to me or address any of my concerns. She honestly seemed to get frustrated and angry with me that I was asking questions about prevention of my dog's illness! I still don't understand why she was snapping at me. I don't even know her! She just kept interrupting and was very negative. I waited just over an hour for her to just disregard me and offer no help within literally less than 5 minutes. I was appalled that anyone who works as a vet would act so unprofessionally and down right mean and cold hearted. I was in tears when I got back to my car and I'm not easily upset. If you are looking for a vet I would avoid this place as long as she works there. I never write letters to complain or write reviews, but my service was so upsetting hopefully my review will prevent others from such disappointment and frustration. I saw another vet shortly after and they were very positive and helped me to find ways to help my dog when she didn't even care to address it.

Last year I took my dog here for her annual check-up and shots and was pleased with the price and the care seemed adequate. The clinic is nothing fancy but I would rather pay less and not have a state of the art clinic. They overcharged me at that visit and then wanted to just keep it as a credit. That was fine and they were polite. Then my dog who is 11 started having some health problems and I took her in recently. I waited 30 minutes without anyone even acknowledging I was there ( they have you just sign in on a clip board). Then they took a customer back who arrived 20 minutes after I did. When I finally did get back to see Dr. Yedo he was rushed, asked me if I had weighed the dog, seemed put off if I asked him any questions and was rude. The entire place has poor pet side manner. I am changing vets. It is worth it to pay more to have people provide good customer service and loving care. I strongly recommend you find a different clinic.

Allbrick Veterinary Clinic,
I have an 8 month old Shepard mix, I took in to this clinic to have a spay done. Little did I know that my little girl was going to walk out of there with NO PAIN MEDICATION for the whole procedure. I woke up a 4 in the morning with her vomiting blood. When I called Allbrick in the morning they showed no concern for my animal. They said, "Well you can bring her back in and we can take a look at her". When I took my girl back to our main vet he had me call and see what they had given to my pup for the whole procedure, (Before,During and After), When I was given the list I found out that only Valium was given to her with the anesthetic. THEY NEVER DOSED HER WITH ANY PAIN MEDS AT ALL!!! Allbrick did, however, give me some pain meds to take home with me, After being told that she would not need them and not to give them to her that night because she had already been given pain meds that day. Not to mention that it was like pulling teeth to get the pain meds in the first place.
She may be just another dog to them, but she is my best friend and I felt that I let her down by in trusting them to take care of her. Please don't make the same mistake that I did.

I went to Allbrick Clinic upon the recommendation of two different friends. I think they are terrific! I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen, and the staff has always seemed knowledgable, caring and friendly. And the prices are more than reasonable, they are super! I compared prices recently with two other vets to get my dog immunized completely, and have his teeth cleaned (and a broken one removed). I saved just over $138 bucks! Frankly, I've got to wonder how it is that my experiences there have been so much better than those who have given a bad review, as I am thoroughly happy with Allbrick's. By the way, my dog is a service dog, and I'm very particular about my vets.

Allbrick has the absolute worst customer service. They are very rude both over the phone and in person. You can tell none of their staff is happy with their job and they are very uncaring towards the pets. And the worst part their receptionist is a total witch! She needs a new job where she has no communication with the outside world...It's worth it to pay a little more for friendly quality care.

Allbrick has very knowledgeable vets working for them who really care about the pets that come through the door. Dr. Yedo is a funny guy and Dr. tucker seems to have a really big heart. Their staff is extremely freindly and really work hard with the animals to help them feel comfortable. Their prices are the best you'll find anywhere and they don't recommend needless testing to put extra money in their pockets. They'll even work with you on payments if you have a checking account. I wouldn't use any other vet clinic and by the amount of clients they have it seems like a lot of other people feel the same way I do!

This is the worst vet I have ever been to. When I got my puppy, it was suggested that I go to this vet because their prices were reasonable. When I went, the staff was unknowledgeable, not friendly, the office was dirty and they were highly overwhelmed. Because of this, they conveniently "forgot" to test my puppy's stool sample on her inital visit which resulted in me later finding out that she has had round worms the entire time. I am so frustrated with their service (I have to wait at LEAST 45 minutes to be seen-even with an appointment), and the vets act like they don't have time to answer my questions. I guess that's the price you pay for less money.. don't do it!!!

We use Allbrick for kenneling when we go out of town and they have always been very nice and good to the dogs. The good thing that we like about Allbrick is they live right next door and can check on them anytime durring the night or weekend. Thier prices are very reasonable.
