If I could give less than 1 star, I would.\r\nAs a former employee of the B&B, I feel that it is necessary to warn people how their animals are actually being treated. \r\nFirst of all, Colorado law states that there is to be 1 supervisor per 15 dogs during play time. However, the B&B does not follow this law - I have been the sole supervisor for play groups consisting of 70 or more dogs. If ever a fight broke out, I would have to go through several locked fences and re-lock them in order to get to the fight and break it up. It was bad conditions for the animals and for the employees.\r\nSecond of all, if you bring your animal's blankets and toys from home to have during their stay - there is a VERY great chance that he/she will not get their toy or blanket because the staff doesn't want to be held responsible should they misplace it. Basically, it is better for the B&B staff to not give your animal their belongings than to be in trouble for losing them. Unless of course they like your animal - then they will be given their items. \r\nIf you make special requests for your animal to be in a certain kennel or a certain type of kennel, the staff will not abide by your wishes. If the facility is busy because of a holiday, they will not turn you or your animal away - they will take your money and put your animal in a box crate that you could have kept him/her in at home. If you specifically request that your animal does not go into a crate, they will do it anyway because it suits their needs. \r\nThe staff that was at the B&B while I worked there, for the most part were not very patient with the animals. Several would shout obscenities at the dogs and drag them around with leashes if they were not cooperating. \r\nAll in all, I would say that this boarding and day care facility is not worth your money. Do some research and find some where that is staffed with good people, has an adequate facility, and will properly care for your animal.
