This is the third car I have bought from Pikes Peak Acura. Very Classy place. Nice people and great cars. I live in Texas and there are closer Acura Dealerships so that should give you an idea. They WORK HARD for your business.

I honestly have never felt comfortable purchasing a vehicle but with Cory, it was stress free and I really felt taken care of and that is why I returned to purchase another. It will not be long before I will be back for a third! Thanks for

Cory knows his products and how to treat people. He was very responsive to our requests and helpful during the entire transaction. I'd definitely buy a car from him again.

I am truly taken aback by these negative reviews. I have been an Acura driver since 1986, having bought one of the first Integras to roll off the assembly line and have dealt with dealerships in LA, San Diego, Sacramento, Denver and Albany prior to coming to Colorado Springs. I have used the Pikes Peak Acura service department since 2004 for my 2000 Integra GSR. They have been unfaIiingly pleasant and helpful. They have been careful with my charges, have kept my car for an extended period of time while I've been out of town, ferried it to the autobody shop for me, and continue to provide me with late-model loaner despite the fact that I have yet to buy a car from them. They keep my car inside because it's a highly stolen model and make me feel like I'm a valued customer whenever I come in. They answer questions over the phone and are always reassuring. This is the best dealership I've worked with in 24 years and that's saying a lot.

I have a 1991 Legend I purchased a few years ago, which I found out had only one previous owner and had been maintained at this dealership since 1994 or so. I took it in a few days after purchase to find out if some critical services had been maintained. The service adviser told me the car was in need of a timing belt, simply because a bolt on the timing belt cover was still on the car... which he specifically mentioned was removed after doing a timing belt change. Suspicious of this and not wanting to spend $1,000 on a service just after spending $6,000 on my Legend, I went ahead and pulled the timing belt covers off myself to reveal that the timing belt was almost brand new and Honda OEM. As such, I won't take my Legend in for service at this dealer.

The parts department, however, seems to be a different story entirely. The parts staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their cars, even ones as old as the Legend. That I can still get parts for a car that's been out of production for 15 years is a comfort.

The salesmen were nice, but also good at their jobs. It was the same game you get when you go to any car dealership, but the difference is that their vehicles are just not worth the time or money. The first vehicle they sold us ended up having the engine light on from the moment we got home. After two weeks and a failing transmission we returned the car. The sales manager Brent was not helpful and I was never able to talk to the owner of the dealership even though i asked many times. I began to think he didn't even exist. Needless to say the first vehicle need a new transmission, fuel pump, fan clutch, etc...the list goes on. The second one they sold us was older with more miles and managed to actually charge us more than we paid for the newer vehicle we were in. They are shady and can't be trusted. There are many dealerships on the same road...save yourself the time and go to them...

I have owned several Acuras which I have loved. I purchased one in Alaska, one in NY, and one in GA. Each experience was better than the next. Everytime I went in for a service or to purchase the new one I was treated with respect and I always felt like the experience couldn't have been any better. Then I came to CO. No kidding, everytime I have gone there has been worse than the last time. Everyone from the Sales Manager to the Receptionist have this attitude like they are better than you. There is no genuine interest in helping you or even in talking to you. By the way this isn't a new development either. I have felt this way for the past year and a half. My reccomendation, make an adventure out of buying an Acura and fly out to Augusta, GA and buy from Acura of Augusta. Or fly to Alaska and buy from Acura Continental in Anchorage. Maybe you like the East Coast, then fly out to New York and find Curry Acura in Scarsdale, NY. Anyway don't buy an Acura in Colorado. :-)

PROS: The only pro is that the Service Department is nice and very thorough.
CONS: Nearly all employees are ridiculously upity and not pleasant to deal with.

Pikes Peak Acura offers terrible service and often seems to try to get over on the consumer. I bought an Acura from a dealer on the east coast prior to my move out west. My girlfriend decided that she was interested in purchasing an Acura as well. The cars we test drove were filthy and werent in the best mechanical condition. Two thumbs down for PPAcura.
