The staff at Werner's Mastertek were so friendly and informative. The service manager and the techs really know what they are doing. Their pricing is very affordable and I will be taking my vehicle back for oil changes to transmission service. I will definately recommend Werner's to my friends, family and co-workers. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!

They had my car for a week! and kept telling me it was a diffrent problem each time. Beaware of there managers term "to diagnose" or where "we would start" that usually means its an extra $100 each time he says it, that is if he is ever in the office! he would not return my calls and was rude. i had to pay an extra $250 over the estimate and i had to pay for a part that they broke when replacing my timing belt. I would never go there again.

Avoid this shop after having my car for two weeks they installed the wrong timing belt and incorrectly timed the fuel injection pump.Chris their service guy has no knowledge of diesel engines, by going online in two weeks I was able to diagnose and fix several problems they left me with. They did not reconnect the solenoid to the air intake making the turbo useless fortunately with the help of relatives I fixed this..STAY AWAY THEY OVERCHARGE AND DON'T FIX ANY THING CORRECTLY!!!

My audi broke down while I was visiting friends in Denver. Found Werner's on line, since there were no Audi dealerships on that side of town.. They identified the problem ( fuel pump) right away. Since I had to return to Vegas in 2 days, they completed the repair in 24 hours, and gave me a rental for $10. The cost was more than fair. I will NEVER go to a dealer again! Will you guys open a shop in Vegas, PLEEEEASE!

Not the fastest but fair and honest.

Took my car in and what was supposed to be two days ended up being 6 to change the fuel injectors and intake manifold gasket. Fortunately the cost didn't change and ten days later when one of the injectors failed they replaced it free of charge. Also they have $10 rental cars (through Enterprise) for the first two days you need it. The second time when the fuel injector failed they paid the entire cost of the rental car. I will definately be back if anything happens to my other car.
Pros: $10 rental cars, excellent customer service
Cons: Hours and time to finish the repair.

As a single woman I tend to be nervous about being "taken" by an automotive repair service, but at Werner's Mastertek I felt confident that I was being treated fairly. All repairs were expalined to me in detail for my preapproval. I was provided with a rental car, and the staff was knowledgable and curteous.

Audi Owner's Check Out Superior Service

This shop Clearly explained the problem, fixed less then the dealer with better service. They are great, Chris the service advisor is awesome. He made me feel right at home. They are very women friendly with very clean bathrooms and toys for the kids.
Pros: friendly service, $10.00 car rental, Very high tech
Cons: Hard to find, busy, no Porsche
