I do not appreciate your tone on the phone with me today. As an incredibly successful business owner myself I understand that customer service is of the utmost importance. Even with challenging and difficult clients of my own at times, I have never in all my years spoken to someone the way you spoke to me - and this was our very first interaction! Furthermore, I was simply letting you know that upon talking with friends that have purchased their own trees, and further talking with Chad that we are both not happy with the tree selection.

You told Chad the tree was acceptable and to go with it. When we shared a photo of the tree to 100s of our friends, each and every one said it was a rip off. You claimed on the phone to care about making us happy but your tone and quick dismissal on the phone suggests otherwise. You were in fact the one that called me back so if you did not have time to talk why did you even call? Furthermore, it is not our fault that you do not live in the area and would need to drive up to make it right.

We never received the tree tag that showed us which type of maple it is and how to properly care for it. At this point get us that information (is it an autumn blaze?). I also do not have faith that fixing the situation would end well. As such we will find someone else to do it. Lastly, we have plans to do extensive work upgrading our yard. We will be taking our business elsewhere and hope that perhaps this might open your eyes to how you treat people.

the only thing that I know is that when my husband worked at Autumn Landscaping, they never had bad reviews. but that was in 2006 and earlier. They used to have really good and hard workers. They let my husband go for a dumb reason, too bad for that.

Autumn Landscaping is a joke they don't pay workers, steal from customers and treat everyone they come in contact with rudely! Gene never returns calls! Cathlyn does not have any knowledge or integrity... What is going on here? and I have never seen anyone in the field to get my work done that was paid for over 3 months ago! Where is this so called owner?

Autumn Landscaping has NO pride, integrity or craftsmanship in their work. They are over priced, say one thing and do another. Quality of the work is BAD. We are filing a complainant with the BBB and the Colorado Attorney General Office

Autumn landscaping is the answer to all of your landscaping problems. They fixed my sprinkler system in a jiffy and it was not very expensive. I also got rocks put on my lawn. The service is great. They work hard and are reliable

Autumn Landscaping was able to get our spinkler system and lawn placed with 2 weks of moving into out new home. They also returned in the spring and oriented the sprinkler heads. I was also given a direct number for questions or concerns as well as an email address. I was very satisfied with the service they provided and the excellent customer service and support.

Our builder Beazer used Autumn landscaping and they did a horrible job. The missed several sprinklers, the sprinklers themselves are not tuned properly, so the brand new lawn is dying.

Would not recommend anyone use them or buy a home from a builder that uses Autumn landscaping. Warned coupl e of friends already not to buy Beazer homes because of Autumn landscping.

Well, we just moved into a new home and we are forced to use Autumn as well as other landscaping companies. Autumn is over priced and the workmanship is lacking. To give an example they planted 6 trees in the front that we didn't get to choose what kinds and they didn't use stakes to secure them. Needless to say the next wind storm blew them over, we even asked for them to do it. Another example is they put in the sprinkler system and they cut the primary hose in 4 different areas. (Very hard to do that) So they had to dig it up and fix it at a later date. Just make sure to inspect their work if you have to use them.
