Was told my BMW needed complete rewire because a harness doesnt exist. Looked online found harness for sale everywhere. Was told my factory speakers where the wrong ohms to use on aftermaket equipment, wrong again. Speakers are 4 ohms.

Reviews about this place's pushy sales people, ludicrous return/refund policies, and terrible service are all true. I decided to have an amplifier installed in my vehicle and provided a down payment, with plans to have the installation performed a week later. Before installation, I realized that the amp would not fit where I wanted and generally did not fit my needs. When I asked for a refund, I was told that they provide NO refunds, period, for any reason. It did not matter that I had received NO products and NO services. Basically, this place stole my money and provided absolutely nothing in return.

To others who have been wronged, help future consumers by filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Colorado Attorney General's office. Both can be accomplished online in a matter of minutes. Let's spread the word and drive this thieving, pushy merchant out of business.

My 16 year old went in and bought an amp (without my permission). They sold him a low-end amp (about $100) and talked him into an 'extended warranty' ($20). I immediately went in and ask for a refund and they would not do it. I asked for a written policy on the extended warranty, and they would not provide it. He also pointed to a page full of 'fine print' on the back of their receipt that is almost impossible to read. They also would not give me a store credit. Chris was rude and said 'this discussion is over'. I am going to take them to small claims court and I encourage everyone else that is having problems with them to do the same thing. In my opinion, they run a business that will prey on anyone possible. Stay away!

I purchased an overhead dvd player for my wifes town and country minivan because the one that came in it went out. I went in with about a 400 dollar budget and was told that they could help me. I bring the car in for the install and was told its now going to be 700 bucks. I should have known then. I went ahead and went with it because we were going on a road trip to TN from CO and needed it for our 4 kids. I gave them all day (9 to 7) to complete the install. A week and a half later,after we were back from our trip the dvd player FELL from the ceiline and HIT my WIFE. I called them right away and they were rude and blame shifting right off the bat. Not once in any point in this issue did they say sorry and try to reconcile for it hitting my wife. They did allow me to bring it back and they so called "fixed" the problem all while still blaming it on my family. I asked Chris how they fixed the problem and he siad they replaced everything and did it the same exact way they did it the first time. They kicked me out the store when I got frusterated with their poor customer service and shotty install. Quality auto sound has no integrity, no workmanship, nor customer service. All they care about is your money. Do not use quality auto sound for anything. This is twice that I have had a bad experience and I even told anthony this before he did the install.

After putting a deposit down to get some nice Boston Acoustic speakers yesterday and being told to be back early in the morning so I could get my vehicle in first thing, I've found to be quite disgusted with this company. I show up about 10 minutes early, to find that there is one other person waiting as I was. After waiting for almost a half hour, I left to go get some breakfast and gas. When I returned the shop had finally opened and there was a gob of people waiting their turn to finally get service. I waited my turn patiently at the back of the line, and when I finally was asked how they can help me, I asked for a refund and cancellation of service because of the lack of professionalism being that I won't trust someone who has no respect for other people's time. After I made my request, the manager gave me a childish attitude and basically he told me he didn't care about my time, and thought he was better than me. He asked me who I thought I was... I mean seriously?? This is the Assistant Manager by the way, he seemed very proud of that fact of his poor existence of a life. Unfortunately I accidentally used the "SH**" word, and some lady with a child called me out like she was the queen of england, which in turn increased my aggravation level. After about 15 minutes of arguing with the manager to make him realize that he isn't the only person on this planet with a life, they told me they wouldn't refund my speakers, so I just purchased them and left without getting them installed. There was no way in hell I was about to let these immature amateurs touch my vehicle, let alone LEAVE it with them for a day. Overall, the pricing was standard on the speakers I received, but I could have saved myself a enormous headache by going elsewhere. I am now looking at other companies prices to figure out where I should go get my speakers installed. Moral of the story, save yourself the trouble, and go somewhere else... hell ANYWHERE else besides Quality Auto Soun

Once I got my installed stereo, I complained that it wasn't what I wanted and that they had told me something different. They told me there were no refunds, and then tried to upsell me an additional two hundred dollars. As the majority of the reviews state on this site, do not shop here!

Very nice guy's and install was great. I took my mercedes ml 500 for a deck and speakers. Now I was not sure about them so I did some shopping around and found that they were the lowest and even got some extras. I was recomended by one of my friends and after reading the reviews I was in shock when I walked in. My install did take most of the day but I wasn't charged a fraction of what other shops were charging me in labor. The manager Mino and Lex were very helpful and friendly. I love my new system. I will definetly be going back. 5 stars for a great car audio shop.

i will never go back they mested up twice on my 1986 blazer being a classic its hard to find parts for that they broke!!!! when they installed my deck there was loose connections had to take it back a part and fix it because my left speakers weren't working and then with my alarm they told me 3-4 hours it took 9 and a half hours and pulled it out at 7:30 i turned my stereo on to see if everything was good less then a minute later i tryed starting it my battery was died and i had to call my sister to come and get me take me home to hampten and chambers and go back not only my nettle for the gears was broke my dash board was extremely loose and the trim for the stearing collom was broke and my passingers window wont roll down will never go back i dealed with LEXI!!!!!!

He then acted like he was ?doing me a favor? and wanted to change me hundreds of dollars more to fix the problem. I had to take the vehicle somewhere else to get the stereo to function properly. The $1 install is a scam and these guys are not worth wasting your time and money. DO NOT SHOP OR BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Not only did they succeed in overshooting the managers time estimate by 3 days, they also broke my climate control in the middle of winter, they disconnected my traction control system and all lights on the gauge cluster. Now, 3 months later, I have at least two loose connections and my speakers lose audio as I drive. The manager was flippant and rude and refused to schedule a time for me to bring my vehicle in for repairs. The best he could offer me was "drop off your car and we'll do our best."

I would never recommend this shop to anyone. Not even to my worst enemy.

i have had serious issues with these guys, broken parts on my car, static coming from speakers, putting my amp where i didnt want it after i asked to have it somewhere in specific, just dont go, use car toys!!!
