My husband picked out this place based on the good reviews, and we weren't disappointed! I had the bibimbob, which comes in a sizzling stonepot, and was excellent. My husband had the galbi (ribs), which were also delicious. \n\nAll meals come with a broad array of small sides: kim chee (both cabbage and radish), rice to roll in seaweed sheets and dip in sauce, a seaweed salad, fish cakes, zucchini saute, bean sprouts, and cold omelette. After dinner, cold rice tea, a sweet drink, was provided.\n\nIf you've never had real Korean food before, this would be a great place to start. The owners are very friendly, and are happy to make recommendations or explain how to navigate the food delivered to your table. That said, if you know your Korean food, this place will definitely deliver what you've been craving. \n\nGive Han Kang a try! You'll love the food, and can get out the door for under $10 a head.\n\n

Pros: Delicious, filling food, very affordable, friendly staff

The first time I ever ate at this restaurant before, the atmosphere is like any restaurant. When, I entered I see boiling pots and bowls of soup. The menu is easy to read and I got a bowl of Korean sausage and soup. This is the first time I like eating black pudding sausage in my life. I want to go back.

The food is excellent and the service very friendly, albeit a bit slow. The waiters visibly took pride in the food they served, and rightly so. I felt like they really cared about me having a great experience. The food was fairly authentic, and most of the clientele was Korean. Ask for a barbecue table (they have both Korean Barbeque and regular tables) -- the fun of cooking your meat over a charcoal fire is great.

I always ate Korean food back in San Diego and once I went to Denver I couldn't find a decent korean restaurant to eat at. Then one day, my mom took me to this restaurant cause she knew I missed Korean food and I'm so glad she did. They had all my favorite side dishes like bean sprouts, kimchi, etc. I would definitely recommend this place to people looking for a decent korean restaurant.

This was the first time for my family to try out Korean food. Our first impression of the decor was small, simple, and low-budget. But as said before, the food makes it up. Next time, we really want to try their barbacue ribs. Here are some suggestions: \r\n1. When looking for the restaurant, look for a big sign that says BBQ Korean. The ""HanKang"" part is below that in smaller letters. It's right by the road\r\n2. You must try their bulgogi which is a dish of chopped meat--very tender and savory. \r\n3. The Bibimbop with beef was my favorite. Make sure to mix in the supplied red sauce before you eat.\r\n4. Every meal begins with Kimchi \r\n5. Before you leave, they give you this sugary drink that tastes a little like honey for free. It cools down your mouth.

Pros: All the Food, friendly service, great hours

Cons: Waitress spoke little English, plain decor

My girlfriend and I love Korean food and have tried many different resturants. Han Kang is a family owned and operated resturaunt that offers a quaint atmosphere and rich eclectic flavors. Our favorite dish, bulgogi, is the best we have ever had. Each meal comes with a number of kimchis, including the best fishcakes I have ever tasted. If you eat all of them, like we did, feel free to ask for more. The service is friendly and attentive during the entire meal. If you love Korean or would like to give it a try, this is the place!

Pros: Great Food at a Great Price

.

I thought that this restaurant had very good service and food. Their menu is pretty extensive and also very reasonably priced. There are two separate seating sections--one for BBQ (where you get to cook your own meat at your own table) and one for non-BBQ. We had the bibimbop, which is basically rice in a big bowl with different vegetables, mushrooms, fried egg (sunny side up), thinly sliced beef, and hot chili paste. Delicious! We opted to get ours in the hot, sizzling stone bowl--you pay a little extra, but it's worth it. And of course, we got the typical complimentary side dishes (including two different kinds of kimchi) that comes with every Korean meal. We will definitely go back.

Pros: good service, good food, free parking

Cons: did not have chicken BBQ, in Aurora (far away)
