Save your time and money, there are lots of nail joints in town and it is just not worth supporting an establishment that offers no customer service. My experience with this place was poor.

Don't know about the experience the other individual had, but it's been nothing but the best service and quality. I've stopped going other places and come exclusively here.

VERY UNSATISFIED! I just moved to the area & need a new place to get my nails done, so I tried Pretty Point. My nail tech was not very friendly, kept telling me how I should get my nails done (I knew what I wanted) & I also felt that there was a considerable language barrier. The owner was friendly but didn't even check out my nails after to see how they looked- since I was a first time customer. I could see bubbles in the acrylic while the tech was doing my set but when I got outside into the natural light I was able to see TONS of bubbles and visible white bumps(my nails literally have what looks and feels like tire tracks on them). My husband even noticed when I showed him (that should tell you it was bad)- only 4 nails look somewhat okay. No matter the price, customers should ALWAYS be able to trust they will receive quality services. What bothers me most is that I sat there & the tech never said a word or offered to fix any of it. I do not recommend this establishment & will not return.

Pros: was close to my house?

Cons: poor quality
