We had called a bowling center and made a reservation for my son's birthday party last week. We thought we called Brunswick Westminster but in reality had called AMF. Our guests arrived and we went to the front desk. They told me that they didn't have a party scheduled for us (they didn't because we went to the wrong center) but that they could take care of us. The manager, set everything up for us, brought pizza and soda for our group and was extremely accomodating. We received coupons for another visit. All I can say is WOW! We'll be coming back.

MY KIDS HAD A BOWLING LEAGUE THERE BY THE NAME, "BUMPER BUDDIES". AT THE END OF THE LEAGUE WE WERE IN 5TH PLACE BOWLING THE 4TH PLACE TEAM.. NOW THIS WAS THE LAST GAME OF THE SEASON SO THEY WE'RE HANDING OUT TROPHIES AND AWARDS RIGHT.... SO WE WERE LAGGING BEHIND BUT WERE TOLD AFTER WE WE'RE DONE TO MEET EVERY ONE FOR THE AWARD HAND OUT... WHEN WE WHERE DONE, EVERYONE HAD ALL READY LEFT. AT THE END WE HAD TO GO TO THE OFFICE AND GET THE KIDS AWARDS.. WE TOLD, NOT SURE OF HER NAME BUT LOOKS LIKE ONE OF THE GOLDEN GIRLS, "BARBRA" I THINK.. THEN LITERALLY STARTED YELLING AT MY SISTER ABOUT WHY WE WERE DONE AND DID YOU LOOK AT THE STANDINGS.. WHAT GIVE'S HER A RIGHT TO YELL AT ANYONE..... WE ARE Appalled BY WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN AT THIS BOWLING ALLEY... HOW DID THEY KNOW WHAT STANDINGS WE COULD OF ENDED UP. THEY COULD OF GOT 3RD PLACE AND GOT A TROPHY... SHE SHOULD GET FIRED FOR THIS.....

we go every once in a while if we have coupons and all staff members are rude every time - - at least they are consistent!! they seem put out just to do their jobs...

I give them the lowest of the ratings! I went ahead and read the reviews posted on-line and thought that I would still give them a chance and may be they could prove me wrong but no.I spoke with someone named Gail and she said that she would have Danielle their party coordinator call me back. That was over a week ago and still no call. I am very disappointed!! I have been bowling there before and thought this would be a fun idea for my daughter's birthday party. Oh well, guess I'll take my business somewhere else.

We bowled three seasons (short seasons) of league at this facility. Been bowling for 17 years and have served on league boards, so its not like I don't have experiences to compare this too! The facililty management on our league night was horrible. That is the best as I can describe it in one word.

One night I had an exceptional series going, but we were the last set of teams bowling. They placed open cosmic bowlers next to both sides of us when we only have 6 frames left. I asked the manager to hold off turning their lanes on as they were already standing up on the approach and stuff. He came over and told both teams to please be aware of lane courtesy. One man asked, 'What did we do for you to tell us that?" The manager replied (as he pointed at me "That lady over there complained".

Which of course destroyed my final game and made me feel a little unsafe. Personally I am mad, but professionally I have witnessed a large amount of negative customer service at this facility and choose never to bowl there again eventhough it is four blocks from my home. And they wonder why Bowler Centers are disappearing!

On top of this all you would think that league bowlers, being residual income for the facilities, would be treated a little nicer.

Thanks Ron for making my bowling nights very unpleasant. I look forward to finishing the league (of which I have money invested) and getting the heck out of this facility.

My company booked and reserved the bowling alley for the 15th of December, when asked about the deposit I was told not to worry the party and times were completely saved for us. I called back to say that I would be in by the end of this week to pay the $100.00 deposit and was told this was fine. Two days prior to paying the deposit I was called from this bowling alley informing me that someone with a bigger party (they are renting the whole bowling alley) was going to get the evening instead of us. I argued saying this is not right! we have had it reserved for a week and the general manager accused me of missing the deadline and not bringing in the deposit. I told him that I was told that as long as the deposit was in by the end of the week this would be fine, I already had the check ready and that it was going to be dropped off that day and he said sorry but this is a better opportunity with a bigger party and maybe we could try to schedule for another time. This is so wrong, we have had our Christmas party booked for over a week and then this happens!! this bowling alley ruined our evening, how can they just call up and say sorry but you are no longer booked for this evening, and to accuse me of missing the deadline. When I explained who I was working with and the verbal agreement we had he did not care. If this is the way this company deals with customers then we want nothing to do with them! half of our employees bowl on leagues there, they will no longer bowl there when this season is over.I think what they did was HORRIBLE and that they should have honored their commitment to us.
