Faculty members receive continuous education throughout the year to keep them well versed on the constant changes in the industry. When you enter our school you will sense the professionalism of our highly technical facility. Our educators are supported in the classroom by the Pivot Point interactive laser disc program. Early integration into the professional salon industry includes manufacturer trade shows, industry speakers, career fairs and salon tours.
I have been going to XENON for a few years now and I absolutely love this place. If you're looking for good quality hair and make-up service for cheap, this is our place to go. The students love to engage in conversation and the managers are always impressed with the students' work. It's really amazing!

Uninspiring, Unprofessional, Unprepared

My first impression of Xenon was unimpressed to say the least. As a cosmetologist of 20 years, I felt uncomfortable with the unprofessional demeaner of the whole staff. No one said hello, smiled or asked if I needed any help. In the beauty business it is important to look finished with make-up on, hair beautifully colored, cut and styled, nails maniqured, an example for the students. None of that! After waiting for twenty minutes for an appt. with the school director I was shown around. The school was dirty, unorganized and lacked any semblance of fashion or style. A short observation to a class in session was disapointing as the instuctor was unprepared to teach the subject and had to ask the Director for answers. I hate to think of the differance my education would have had on my career if I would have graduated from a school like this.

Best staff & educators ever!!

I have also worked at XENON. I started at the front desk, dealinf first hand with clients and students. Yes, there are times when everyone gets a little frustrated including the students. None of those times were ever about the price of the education they were receiving or the cost of the "kits". Xenon does not make any money on the kits. The school purchases these kits for the students to have while in the program, and to keep after they graduate. The kits come complete with every single tool you would need to complete any service. Xenon does follow proper procedures for any new hire including all tests. As long as I have worked for Xenon it has been a great experience. I have had many opportunities to forward my career with Xenon. We have an amazing group of instructors & staff. The educators have the passion & drive to help these students suceed in this industry. The students are absolutely incredible. They work very hard to get where they are. Xenon offers a great program, come check it out for yourself!
Pros: There is always someone there to help!
Cons: Make sure you make an appointment, it does book up very quickly!
