.

Our dog trainer at Petsmart recommended Camp Bow Wow, but I was very disappointed. Our dog came from a puppy mill, and is the sweetest dog, but she doesn't really know how to play or be a normal dog yet. The staff were unhelpful, and actually laughed when I said she was from a puppy mill. They did not explain how the interview process worked and just took my dog and threw her in the back with a bunch of other dogs. She is a little more fearful of men, and when I went to pick her up, one of the guys that worked there exclaimed, "Oh that dog? I can't get her, she keeps running away from me!" As if she was doing something terrible. They gave me no feedback on how she did the few hours she was there, and had no interest in my dog at all. I never took her back, and now she's very happily learning how to play at The Big Backyard, a place where the staff actually cares about their dogs.

Pros: Clean facility

Cons: Rude staff, show no interest in caring about the dogs
