Keller Williams Preferred Realty (1333 West 120 Avenue Westminster, CO 80030 - (303) 452-3300) prefers to allow properties they represent to go-to-hell and drag the surrounding neighborhood down with it. A vacant home with Keller Williams Preferred Realty signage, and topped with the name of realtor Cindy Munoz, hasn??t had the yard attended to since last winter...it is mid-summer now.

I left a voice mail on Ms. Munoz?? cell explaining that the weeds in the yard were waist-high and to have it attended to soon or I would report it to Westminster Code Enforcement. She left a snarky Gen-Xer voice mail for me telling me, ??It is closing today so you don??t need to go running to complain to the city.? When I tried calling the Keller Williams Preferred Realty office she represents, I was met with an equally snarky ??assistant? who told me that unless I was interested in buying or listing property, the managers were too busy to talk to me. Her rude response sent me straight to the Code Enforcement officer who told me that the property had been tagged but the realtor just goes and rips the posting off the door.

Keller Williams Preferred Realty makes it??s profits from our community?a community they have no respect for or concern about maintaining. Meanwhile, we can watch as giant thistle seeds fly from the yard of this vacant house and infect our yards. Hey!...Thanks Cindy Munoz!

Cons: Turning our block into a ghetto...and they don't care.
