My husband and I bought our home in Parker Colorado in April of 2005 three months before our wedding. He was 20 and I was only 18. James Holmes, Deb Ayers and the rest of the Cherry Creek Mortage Team helped us to understand and feel comfortable with the choice to own a home at our age. They provided us with excellent resources for us to find the help we needed such as down payment assistance and a loan program that would fit our needs.
