I've been going to Salsa's (formerly Mi Cabana) since I moved to Colorado 6 years ago. the staff is always friendly, personable, helpful. The menu is huge! The green chile can't be beat. I moved to Lafayette a year ago and I still make the 35 minute drive to Salsa's! It's small and personable. Nothing big. Simple but the food is delicious!

A group of 11 of us went here for lunch at 1:00 PM on a Sunday. We were seated promptly. Our food was delivered within 15 minutes.
The menu has a huge selection of meals, and the prices are very reasonable. We also discovered that a mariachi band plays at 5:00 PM. Also, the bar offers free tequila shots (in the bar only) every time the Broncos score a touchdown during a game.
Just a great family place.

Pros: Selection, Prices, Free Tequila
Cons: Small
We like Mi Cabana on Sundays for lunch or dinner. Between 5 and 8 pm on Sundays a great mariachi band plays. They do requests and are tight musically speaking. On several occasions we've seen restaurant customers "cajoled" into singing an old ranchero tune while the band accompanies. There is a feeling of community that we enjoy. The prices are great, the selection is vast and the food has kept us coming back for more for close to 4 years.
