Although I am a female Shani has cut my hair as well as my partner's hair, which she dyed and cut. She pays attention to each person's needs and desires. I am picky about my hair and she has done a great job!!

I use to get my hair cut there for years, but moved and quit going there. Recently I decided to go back and try it again. The complimentary massage was good, but way too short. The shampoo and hot towel were great...but the person cutting my hair seemed to be spending more time talking to others then cutting my hair. Ended up with a good hair cut, but I think the customer service needs a lot of improvement....

As salon's and spa's go, this branch of Gentleman's Quarters does not make the grade. This is the kind of place where the staff forgets that they are there for YOU, as opposed to the other way around.

I had a massage there and noticed the following:

1.) Shorted 15+ minutes on an 1 1/2 hour session.

2.) Requestes pertaining to session ignorned (music preference and depth of pressure).

3.) Overdid it with the skin lotion (felt greasy when I left and way too fragrant).

Overall, gentlemen, if you are looking for a spa / salon experience that caters to us, I believe there are much better choices in the Denver area than this one.

This place is a joke. You can get the same awful haircut at any other "great" or "fantastic" place.
Only you will have to expect to pay triple for your cut. Maybe those woman think they can get away with their haircuts by showing their "not-so-goods" Regardless, unless you plan on "recieving" other services with your "massage" I would save your money and go to your local barbershop.

Pros: happy endings

Cons: no skills, other than listed above

I went in for a hair cut on an appointment scheduled by my girlfriend. The place is hard to see in the mall because of the angle it sits at, but once located it was worth while. The stylist was very friendly and listened to what I thought I wanted. She then was able to ask some specific questions and politely make a few suggestions on the styling. I ended up with a very nice haircut that finishes well and is easily managed.

The service and atmosphere were what i would expect from a higher end salon, and I was very pleased with the experience.

Pros: Comfortable chairs and sinks, professional acting stylists, very clean

Cons: Signage to find the place, but it is managable.

I was on lunch break and thought I would get a haircut.
The service was just as good as the downtown location. They are very friendly
and I was pampered like a king. Now I have to decide which one to go to
for a cut since I like my stylists from both locations. I like that they are honest
people that dont try to pressure you to buy products.
