Johnson Gene Od - Aurora Family Vision

I have been going to Dr Johnson for three or so years now and love him and love the fact that his equipment is not old school! He is very patient with me and answers all my questions. His staff walked me through what the best glasses would be for my new bi-focals. One time I went back to them after two years with the same frames and they bent them back into place for me. Even if I move further away from him I will come back to him!

We have seen Dr. Johnson several times and have always been very satisfied with the service we have received from his office personnel and Dr. Johnson himself. He is kind and patient with my children and very thorough. It was easy to get appointments that fit our schedule and did not have to schedule weeks in advance. Plus, our appointments have always started right on time. His office is clean and cheery in an office complex that is only a couple years old. There was plenty of parking. His office also accepts my insurance plan among others. We have been very happy with the vision care we have received for the whole family from Aurora Family Vision.

This family eye doctor didnt meet my expectations for a good eye doctor. The front staff is not very friendly and receptive and the eye doctor didnt like to answer questions. When my glasses broke, I felt like they made it my fault, when the glasses installer broke the pieces.

PROS: brand name frames
CONS: not very friendly
