I have been a client with The Cheshire Cat Hospital for @ 20 years. The care that they offer our feline friends is bar none!!! I love that the staff knows me and my cats by name whether on the phone or as soon as I walk in the door. They truly value my feline family and believe that at no time should any animal suffer needlessly. The Dr's, both Jill and Susan, respect and share the same values that I have when it comes to viewing animals as family members and not just a "pet". If you are looking for a vet clinic that will go above and beyond what you would ever expect when it comes to quality care and genuine concern for your feline's, The Cheshire Cat Hospital and their staff will not let you down! I will always be grateful for their kindness!!!

I was extremely impressed with the customer service/one-on-one time that they spent with us at our initial exam. The honesty about vaccinations needed (or more importantly NOT needed) was refreshing, and the environment overall was very quiet and relaxing for our cat. VERY different from our previous vet! Prices were very reasonable. I'll refer my friends, family, and co-workers.

Wow, I'm mystified by the negative reviews here! We've been taking our cats to CCH for several years now. They've always accomodated us. If we made an appointment, we were never kept waiting. The staff was always not just courteous, but genuinely friendly. And when we had urgent medical issues, they have always found a way to fit us in, even when they were very busy.

As far as the complaints about high fees, personally, I always ask them for an estimate of charges BEFORE any treatment or medication is prescribed. I find their prices to be competitive. We had two cats that had to have feeding tubes surgically inserted in their chests--we have spent thousands of dollars at this vet, and thousands at other vets (we've had a lot of cats) and I've found the prices at CCH reasonable. This is the *medical* field after all--it's not like I'm asking somebody to wash my car or mow my lawn. If you can't afford the medical bills DON'T GET A CAT! All cats eventually get sick and die, it's a guaranteed 100% thing. We don't think about this when we are holding the cute kitten in our hands at the shelter or pet store, but it needs to be factored into our thinking when we decide get a cat (or any other pet for that matter).

I lost a cat to aggressive fibrosarcoma and spent well over $2500 on that cat (not at this vet but at another place). If you are not prepared to spend money on your cat when the time comes, hey there's nothing wrong with that. You are being responsible. You are thinking ahead. Wait on getting a cat, and start off with a smaller pet like a hamster or an aquarium and try that for awhile.

To be honest, I don't recognize the facility that I have used and been happy with from the negative reviews here *at all*. Both Drs. Stadler and Starcevic have been available to me anytime I asked. When there was a visiting veterinarian there on one occasion who seemed to think my cat wasn't going to make it, and thought euthanasia might be warranted, I wasn't comfortable and came back the next day when the resident Drs. were in, and treatment continued. My cat Leon would not be alive today if it weren't for the extraordinary efforts and excellent care this facility provided for us. He just had surgery today in fact, which is why I thought to write a review here. I had a 10:30 appt to check Leon out (surgery had NOT been scheduled), but Dr. Stadler fit Leon's surgery in, and worked around their already full schedule. I can't speak to the accusations in the negative reviews here, but that was *my* experience today. They fit Leon into their schedule, they gave me an estimate which turned out to be close enough to the final cost, and that cost was reasonable.

If you are here to try to decide whether to try CCH, I would suggest you visit and see for yourself. If you don't like it, you can say, "Well, I was warned" but my experience is that this is the best vet for cats in the north denver metro area.

We have had wonderful experiences with Cheshire Cat Hospital with our assorted cats over the past 11 years. One of our cats has had serious medical problems, so we spent quite a bit of time at the clinic. I doubt this cat would be alive at 16 years of age without the care he received here. I, too, am quite baffled by the negative reviews -- I have only witnessed courteous treatment of the clients. The staff and vets are quite knowledgeable. I have occasionally had to wait, but would rather wait than have them stop treating a really sick kitty. The turnover in staff seems about the same as what I have seen at other clinics in the past. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic for any cat.

I have taken my cats to Cheshire since I moved to Broomfield in 1993 - They are the absolute best. Things have changed over the years from when I first visited their offices however I have found them compassionate each and every time. When I've had to visit another after-hours emergency office - they have promptly called the next day to check to make sure everything is alright or if a follow up visit is needed.
Are they the cheapest? No - but I like that they only see Cats and that is their focus and expertise.
I have recommended many of my friends to go here for routine and sick visits and will continue to do so.

Cheshire Cat Hospital is the most incompetently run business I have ever encountered.

After our second cat died there, it was an entire year before they sent us a bill. Even after that they did not have the courtesy to pick up the telephone and call us regarding their neglect.

So, I contacted them. I arranged a discounted payment and a schedule to pay-off the difference by EFT.

Then they even neglected to try and get their payments! Apparently they don't want to be paid!

Ask yourself this: how in the world can you trust a clinic to thoroughly and considerately care for your precious companion when they have such disregard for the animal's owner? How can you trust that the best medicine and best veterinary equipment is being used when they cannot even manage their accounts?

Cheshire Cat Hospital is a veterinary disaster just waiting to happen. Along with the high turnover in doctors that we noticed when we were patrons, the front office management is obviously deficient and will necessarily have to effect cat care presently or in the future.

After our recent experience dealing with this facility, I really wonder now just what did happen to our two cats that never came out of this 'hospital' alive.

This vet is absolutely the worst vet I have ever been to. She refused to listen to my questions, was snappish and rude, charged me for an exam which she didn't give because she was afraid of getting scratched, called my cat a "basket case", accused me of being on drugs, used a needle on my cat, that she had dropped uncapped onto the floor, refused to do any tests on my cat, and that's not all but I am honestly writing this not to warn others but just to vent because she was so so so bad that it's been a very long time since I went there but I'm still pissed off about my cat being treated so poorly.

Cheshire Cat Hospital occupies a place of vast importance to us. We have taken our beloved cats there for well over twenty years now, and cannot imagine taking them anywhere else. Jill and her staff have never failed to proceed vastly beyond the call of duty in each and every aspect involving the care of our cats. They know and understand fully how important our cats are to us, how much we love them, and provide for them everything needed to ensure long, healthy, and happy lives; a reality that serves directly to make our lives much happier as well. There have been times when one of our cats, Heidi, required special care, well above the norm. The doctor didn't leave our precious baby at the hospital. He took her home with him and selflessly administered to her over the course of many long nights all needed medications and care. Our beloved Crystal lived to see her 21st birthday, a fact we owe entirely to the quality of care given by Cheshire. Our precious Heidi saw her 19th, again owing to the unwavering state of ultra-high professionalism and competence that defines Cheshire. Our Samantha, sick, failing from a number of maladies when first she found us, is today a vibrant, healthy, and very happy cat, and will continue to be, thanks to Cheshire. I cannot recommend Cheshire highly enough. It is simply the best there is.

I had stopped by ti inquire about boarding by 4 cats for approximately 5 days each. No One from the back recognized that I was there. After waiting approximately I was over hearing a male in the back being VERY upset to a women in the back about a certain client that he NEVER NEVER wanted to see again because just seeing her upset him and made him mad!! I'm not sure how this is handled in a professional setting, but in kindergarten he would have been transferred to a class where they teach respect....unless he is a doctors child - then he would have been sent home til he could figure it out

With 10 years of experience with CCH, and after taking my cat to several other vets, I believe that my cat recieves absolutely excellent care here! As a medical practicioner, I appreciate the thoroughness and attention to detail that Dr Jill applies to diagnosing and treating her patients. In addition to these skills, her compassion towards my cat and myself is makes our experience at CCH beyond compare. She has personally stayed at the clinic long past business hours to handle our cat's emergency, and didn't leave until our cat (and ourselves) was comfortable and stable. I have no doubt in my mind that our cat has lived to be 20 and is very comfortable and has a high quality of life thanks to Dr Jills excellent care!

To address some of the concerns voiced in these reviews:
Yes, this personalized attention to every patient does mean that sometimes the appointment before yours exceeds its scheduled time. But that same care and detail is applied to you and your cat too, and I've only occasionally had to wait for my appointment. With a facility in the back of the clinic for emergent cases that require constant attention and care, just because you don't see anyone in the treatment rooms up front doesn't mean that Dr Jill isn't busy!
Secondly, your cat's bloodwork and lab tests are processed in an independent lab that provides the same services for human doctors. This service can be costly, but we often don't realize this because our human insurance companies cover most of the bill. If you're concerned about the bill, talk over the expected costs of your cats tests and resultant treatment with Dr Jill--she has been extremely cooperative with us and explains in detail her diagnostic plans and treatment. I only wish that my own physician took this much time with me!

i have been taking my cats to the cheshire cat hospital for over a decade. all eight of them. well, actually, we lost two recently which is why i am writing this review. when i went to pick up my cat's ashes (the doctors were incredibly kind, they cried too when we euthanized my friend of twenty years who was dying from kidney failure) i was astonished by another patron/customer there who was mouthing off about how he had been to several vets who were all no good, and just wanted his money. the doctor explained why she had to examine his cat to determine the problem and that she would not do anything to his animal without his permission. she handled the situation with such professionalism that not even this guy who wanted to pick a fight could argue. these doctors actually really do care about you, and about your cats. whenever there is anything to discuss, they call immediately, and i have never had one question left after we talked...not one. i know that usually people write reviews that are negative because they are angry about something they don't have the courage to deal with directly but i am writing this review because i know these doctors, and they have helped me tremendously, and more than once. they get five stars from me, and they deserve every one. jj

Took my healthy adult kitty here and was not impressed at all! Looong wait time and while being checked out could hear staff joking/laughing in the back about another client who was there! Horribly overpriced and treated rudely by staff. The doctor was also rude and demeaning. Would not recommend to anyone!

Wow! I had my first appointment with Cheshire Cat about three weeks ago and was astounded to be left waiting 45 minutes before seeing a doctor (whose name I'm not sure of since she didn't introduce herself) even though I was the only one there!! My healthy cat was then taken in the back for blood work and urine analysis. After about 10 minutes a male employee came in and told me that my cat needed to be sedated in order for them to do what they were doing - feeling I had no choice I said yes...what a mistake! That added not only another 30 minutes to my wait, but another $$$ to the bill! A different employee finally returned my cat to me, still groggy, and actually explained what they did and why and when I could expect to get some information back (finally someone willing to explain!!). All the tests came back normal - as I suspected, I have a healthy cat - who was only there for her yearly vaccines! I felt like the tests were done purely for their profit - I will be looking for a new vet!

DO NOT GO TO CHESHIRE CAT HOSPITAL!!!! I have taken my cats to CCH on several occasions and have found the staff to be very unpleasant and almost arrogant beyond words. Both the office manager and a technician named Jon treated both me and my animals and my concerns as secondary. This place was bad enough that I considered walking out immediately and would have if I hadnt met one of the staff named Chandler. She reassured me that I was in good hands and made me feel like my business was important. I did however go to another vet to get a second opinion because I felt I couldn't trust the vet. i really feel like these people are not worth the price gouging they charge and have since found a new vet to take my cat to that is considerably more reasonable with an excellent and helpful staff. .

We've had extensive experience with Cheshire Cat Hospital -- two of our cats died there. For five years we utilized this clinic, but with this track record we decided to find a different veterinarian for our new pet.

During our time at Cheshire Cat we worked with two associate veterinarians that met with us and apparently treated our cats competently and considerately. However, we never met this 'Dr. Jill' talked about in other reviews here. These employee vets that helped us are no longer associated with this facility -- and the turnover rate of the assistant doctors should raise some cause for concern.

But the business management of Cheshire Cat was especially atrocious. After the death of our second cat, we did not receive a bill or any contact from the hospital for over a year. Then, out of the blue comes a bill with no itemization or any other information, except a demand for payment. We never received a telephone call from the business to explain their tardiness, ever. We finally decided to resolve this neglect by negotiating -- at our initiation -- a reduction in the bill and a payment plan.

Overall, we're sure many folks have received good care from this facility, since as noted, the associate vets we dealt with were competent. However, it looks like at least during the time we used this clinic that the head veterinarian/owner was absent and did not manage the business professionally as one would expect from a 'boutique' clinic like this.

The business end of a veterinary hospital is just as important as the care part -- since customers are often in a difficult position especially when an animal is sick or hurt. In this regard, Cheshire Cat Hospital, in our experience, was unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I have known Dr. Jill now for a span of almost twenty years and five cats. I cannot begin to tell you how lucky I consider myself to have her. If only I could find a vet for my dog that I felt even half as good about! Two of my cats have had serious medical issues and Cheshire Cat was always there when I needed them. I have always been able to get an appointment when one was needed and I always get a follow up call if there are any concerns with my cats. They have always been accommodating in allowing me to spend time with my pets who have had surgery. Most importantly, the staff treats my cats like they are just as important to them as they are to me. I have been through the death of two of my cats with Dr. Jill. The experience that she and her staff provided me with during those moments were alone worth every bill I have paid. I cannot imagine having a cat without Dr. Jill and her staff. Thanks from Heidi, Boo, Emily, Neptune and Tiki!!

Cheshire Cat Hospital is one of the best for Felines! I have been bringing my two Siamese cats to Cheshire for over 10 years. They are pricey, I will admit but the care we receive is always excellent and thorough. Any medical services, animal or human are very expensive these days.
My experience w/them has always been excellent.
I must admit I was I was quite shocked to read some of the negative reviews. Dr Jill Starcevich and Dr Susan Stadler are probably the most thorough vets w/regard to cats that I have encountered. They have always treated me and my kitties w/ the utmost respect, professionalism and true concern for the health and well being of my cats. Any busy office is going to have days when the staff may seem overwhelmed or extra busy. I think one must take a look at the overall treatment, experience, expertise and reputation, as well as the outcome of the services, before making a critical statement. I also have dogs and take them to a local vet, they are very good, but even my own medical doctor or dentist do not call to follow up on our progress. The staff at Cheshire has always called to follow up or check on my kitties after any type of procedure. Dr Jill is very busy but always has taken the time to call or explain to me exactly what is gong on and what our options are. Thank you for your caring attitude and excellent care.

I would recommend them highly!

I have been taking my cats to Cheshire Cat Hospital for 15 years and have never received anything but top notch service. This is not your ordinary run of the mill vet's office. It is cats only so your animal does not have to be afraid of dogs disturbing it and Dr. Jill is always training and up to date on all of the latest research to help you and your feline. The staff is caring and compassionate and your animals even get sent a yearly Christmas card filled with catnip. I would never take an animal anywhere else. I have been to many vets over the years and never had as great as an experience as I have at Cheshire. They even call to check up on your animal after any procedure.

I have been taking my cat to Cheshire for 8 years, and Dr. Jill is totally credited for saving her life. In addition, in the past few months I've had to have an annual checkup and teeth cleaning done on my girl. I've had the pleasure at these times of meeting Dr. Susan Stadler who is as exceptional as Dr. Jill. The two make an awesome team who I have the utmost confidence in. I would not trust my girl to anyone else. Add to these two great doctors, a caring and professional staff, and this cat hospital has to be at the top of every cat owner's list.

Cheshire has always taken great care of my cats. They always do a follow up call and ask how my cat is by name and ask if I have any questions or new concerns. If I leave a message for the vet, sometimes the return call has been after hours. I feel that they truly care about each one of my cats, and every Christmas I get a card in the mail addressed to the cats, filled with catnip! They love tearing open the envelope! Cheshire has the knowledge and experience I need in a vet. I know my cats have the best ongoing health care possible.

We could write 20,000 words about the caring and professional staff at Cheshire Cat. Because they specialize in only cats, makes them the best. From normal check-ups to possibly serious ailments, you can be assured your getting the finest care possible. Dr. Jill is even stronger now with the addition of Dr. Sue and we always come away with lots of facts and information about our felines. They like the clinic so much that we have difficulties packing them up to go home. Years ago we were seeing a vet that diagnosed our kitty with diabetes and as he rushed off to see a sick puppy, stated that we probably had at most, another year with the little guy. About that time Dr. Jill opened her practice and we immediately liked her quiet and cat comfy environment. We also liked that she was not a clock watcher and spent as much time as needed with our felines. Our diabetic kitty ? a good dozen years with an abundant knowledge of the disease and we were instructed on how to take the readings and reported back to CCH for adjustments. Over the years Dr. Jill has had many competent doctors to help her growing business. We wouldn't go anywhere else. She loves our cats as much as we do and her staff does check-up calls after an office visit. An outstanding, caring and delightful woman is Dr. Jill and she is an asset to the community.

I have taken my cats to Cheshire Cat Hospital for more than 10 years. I appreciate Dr. Jill and her staff for their deep expertise on cats and the little touches that make the cat more comfortable - like feeders outside the window so the kitties have birds to watch while being weighed and examined.

The address here says Broomfield but they're really in Westminster, northeast of 92nd/Wadsworth.

I'm always a little startled at the bill, but health care is expensive no matter how small the patient. They give free new-kitten exams, which is nice - both my new kitties were shelter cats with various issues and critters on board. I recommend Cheshire Cat all the time to friends with felines.

I have known Jill for almost 20 years and have taken my pets to see her before there even was a Cheshire Cat Clinic and I will continue to do so as long as Jill is around. You will not find a more caring or knowledgeable vet. She cares for each and every cat as though it were her own. Yes, Cheshire is busy -- it's because they're good. Jill's integrity is above reproach. I have to wonder if there is more to some of these comments than what we're being told.

For 33 years I have been fortunate to have at least one cat in my life. If only I had known Dr Jill for as long would I trust that my friends had always received the best care possible. Dr Jill saved my closest friend Niles over a year ago from a "perfect storm" scenario of illnesses. There is no way he would have made it through the night if Cheshire Cat Hospital wouldn't have opened their doors to me. Niles is perfectly content and purring on my lap right now and will probably out live my kitten (Niles is 15). I will confess, I am their biggest fan. Dr Jill doesn't just hear what you are saying about your cat and what is wrong - she listens to each and every word to capture the full picture and alleviate the problem. Just the littlest statement can affect the outcome and she will capture that and run with it. This is not her job but her passion. That is reflected by the care and respect your friend receives as well as through the way she works and supports you. I truly have never worked with such a wonderful team as I have at Cheshire Cat Hospital. Rest assured, your friend will be well cared for! Sincerely, Ann Otterson

I am glad some have been so lucky as to have a wonderful experience at this horrible establishment. However, I have not been so lucky. I found there lack of sincerity and professionalism to be appalling.I took my kitten there for a sneezing issue, where she was sneezing blood, they did not seemed very concerned about this. They gave us medication, but did not explain anything about what could be causing this. Just here are the meds, deal with it. Furthermore, it was not even the doctor, who associate who is a joke, who came in to explain the medication. It was the tech. Not paying for tech, paying for the doctor. Oh by the way, waited 45 minutes for the doctor to even show up.I took my kitten to have a declaw as well. Sorry sometimes declawing needs to be done or face having more cats in a shelter. Anyway, 3 days later she had an infection. Funny thing, I did everything I was told to do, and she still came down with an infection. I took her in, she received shots and a bandage rewrap. We were sent on our way. Oh did I mention, another office visit was charged. I voiced my irritation with this, they said well the cat caused the infection, not us. Um, ever heard of a post op period do not charge for an office visit. How am I supposed to know you did not cause the infection.
Ridiculous.I called to speak with Dr. Jill. Oh shocker she is not available, or never returned my call. I think she should focus on her staff and her associate, or her little business might begin to falter.

I have been taking my cats to see Jill for over 15 years and would recommend her highly. They do get busy but they alway seem to have time for me. I have never waited more than 15-20 minutes.

And, for Mr 'ALL CAPS COMPLAINER' he should:

A) learn to spell
B) never declaw a cat in the first place!

I love this hospital. i have taken my cats there for several years. never with a problem. if there was even a slight concern they were there in person and by phone. the staff seem to know their stuff, and i believe all have several years Vet experience under their belts. i have even adopted one of the cats they had there, they declawed her and spayed her for a decent price i thought. and every time i take her in they still treat her like they used to, like family. they may have their off days but what business don't? its an all cat hospital, and quite a charming little place too!! lots of trees and birds outside, and even some bunnies to look at too!! they even take the time to put bird feeders all over their neat landscaping. A+ in my book. ill take all my cats there for as long as i have them.

believe me, i have gone to several Vet hospitals in my arvada area, and im very anal about my pets, they are my life, and i usually dont write reviews cause who really reads them. cheshire cat hospital makes sure my babies are well taken care of!! the least i can do is to tell others about my experiences.

WE TOOK OUR KITTEN IN TO BE DE-CLAWED & NEUTERED RECENTLY AND WERE SHOCKED WITH THE OUTCOME OF THE DE-CLAWING. THEY BASICALLY BUTCHERED HIS PAWS. THEY CUT HALF HIS PADS OFF AND USED GLUE INSTEAD OF LASER(WHICH WAS NEVER MENTIONED AS AN OPTION).HIS PAWS WERE BLEEDING WITHIN 2 DAYS, SO WE TOOK HIM BACK AND WERE TOLD IT WOULD COST ADDITIONAL MONEY TO FIX WHAT THEY BOTCHED! THE POOR KITTEN HAD SUFFERED ENOUGH!! THE BILLING MANAGER WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH,AND HER ATTITUDE WAS REALLY BAD! wE HAVE SINCE TAKEN OUR KITTEN TO A CARING VET TO GET EVERYTHING HEALED & OUR HOPING FOR NO INFECTION.WE ARE CONCERNED ABOUT OTHER KITTENS GETTING BUTCHERED IN THE SAME WAY,SO WE ARE ALERTING PEOPLE OF THIS PROBLEM!

I really liked this place at first. They are top notch when it comes to cats and know their stuff. That being said, they lost my cat's file (after going there for several years) and did not seem very concerned about it. Also, even though I would have an appointment, there was a minimum wait time of 45 minutes to an hour. This is not acceptable to me. They take on too many clients and can't adequately serve them all. Good vets, but they are just too busy to be effective.

Well, I kept my appointment with Cheshire after reading all of the reviews here, because it seemed to be split between people who LOVED the place and people who HATED it.

I went in very cautious, and left without developing much of an opinion. The staff were all very courteous, they were all very enamored with my kitten. The doctor, who never introduced herself, but I assumed that it was Jill, made sure to check the prices of the procedures that she did so that I wasn't blindsided. They talked to me like a new kitty mother, which I am, but didn't talk down to me.

So, I haven't really developed an opinion, one way or the other, but they haven't scared me off yet.

This is a wonderful veterinary clinic, but like any business, it can have problems. On the plus side, the owner, Dr. Jill, is without a doubt, the best vet I've ever met. She's treated my cats for over 10 years, and has done a wonderful job. She's a gifted surgeon. There is no doubt in my mind that this is a group of people who truly care about cats.

On the minus side, the clinic is often very busy, and they don't seem to be able to keep a second vet for long. Getting in touch with Dr. Jill can sometimes be challenging. Treatment can be pricey, but I've seen bigger bills other places for far less treatment.

If you want excellent care for your feline companions, I recommend this clinic.

I was new there and thought it was going to be a good experience but my red flag should have been when i was not even able to talk to the doctor. THe 'manager' who i unfortuantly had to speak with often, who i guess was a nurse too?? was the most uncaring person i have met, and seemed to be bothered everytime on the phone or in person. Will look elsewhere

After having my appointment rescheduled 2 times due to the vet's own personal schedule conflicts, I finally had my cat seen there and I was very dismayed at the treatment that was given. The bill was outrageous and I could never seem to get a hold of the doctor regarding ongoing concerns for my cat. I have since moved on to a better vet clinic that I can actually have faith in to care for my pet's wellbeing.

My cats were treated very well... They were both comfortable, which is different from how they act in most vet offices. It was a very comfortable environment. Dr. Jill is very caring about all animals, especially cats. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained more to me than I have ever understood from any other vet.

10 stars!

I would not recommend anyone use Cheshire Cat Hospital. In my opinion they are incompetent, and are too busy to provide effective follow up care. phone calls are not returned in a timely manner, or not at all.

After using them for my sick cat for one week (And spending $500 in vet bills), they could not diagnose the reason for his illness. My cat finally got so ill he could not stand, so I brought him to another vet (On a Sunday since they are closed on Sunday) who diagnosed the probable cause in a few minutes. However by this time the cat was too far gone, started having massive seizures, and was put to sleep.

I had the good fortune of meeting Dr. Jill who cared for my cat in her final days.My other vet ran blood test but did not treat my cat for the results he found. Dr Jill immediately treated her for several infections and a thyroid problem which gave her quality of life to the end. Dr. Jill euthanized my cat in my home and knew all the right things to do. She was a great comfort to both me and my cat. She is very caring and at the same time realistic. I recommend her and her staff for their knowledge and caring ways.

This company set me up on a payment arrangement after my cat needed an expensive treatment. One year later they tried to sneak $150 out of my account out of nowhere. I caught it the same day and they said it was an error in a matter of seconds. They never checked the computer against a piece of paper with my debit card information on it. The computer was updated, the paper was not. No phone call, nothing, just took money from me a year after the visit. They did a good job with the kitty, but watch your account closely if you set up a payment arrangement.

My husband and I have been taking our feline companions to Cheshire for many years. The staff at Cheshire is always helpful, caring, professional, and available.

A few years ago, I had to have my 18 year-old kitty put down and the staff's truly caring and gentle demeanor made it a much less painful experience than I had anticipated.

Several weeks afterward, I received a card in the mail from Cheshire with a heartfelt wish and a paw print of my dear kitty. It was a very thoughtful and above-and-beyond gesture on their part. Every year I receive a Christmas card from them filled with fresh catnip (my current kitty, Cosmo, looks forward to his Christmas card from them every year).

I am a medical professional (human medicine...nurse practitioner) and I know a few of my colleagues who could benefit from this staff on how to treat patients (whether 2-legged or more...patients are patients).

Were it up to me, I'd give them 10 stars.

I'm moving out of state, and wish I could teleport back here when I need them.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Cheshire Cat Hospital. The staff is always courteous and very helpful. They are very sympathetic and helpful in making decisions regarding the care of your pet. I live about 30 minutes from this location and pass many other veterinary clinics on my way but Cheshire is well worth the trip.

My kitty had a good experience; surgery went well, she healed very quickly and was ready to be loved and loving the next day! Her surgery was in January, and I would recommend this business to others.

Cheshire Cat Hospital located near the north east corner of 92nd Ave and Wadsworth Blvd offers loving, professional service for felines. Truly based on the idea that a cat is more than an animal, they provide an in depth, varied service that leaves you feeling comfortable and content with the care of your little one. Whether it is for a check up or a life threatening accident, this facility is prepared and willing to assist you and your baby. Too bad they don't work with dogs!
