Brian did 2 different jobs for me: First, he built a multi-level deck and a deck cover that ended up impressing potential buyers so much we sold our house in 2 weeks - and the buyers told us it was Brian's work that caused them to buy the house. The second job was finishing our basement. I wanted a custom built entertainment center that allowed a 50" LCD TV to be installed from the rear of the center, so I could access all the cables and connections from a small room behind it. Brian did a great job in designing and building exactly what I wanted. The quality was very good. Now, like every single contractor, time lines are never hard, but Brian did a good job in explaining the causes for a few delays. He & his crew even took great lengths to minimize the impact upon my dog, taking her out and playing "fetch" with a ball to give her some exercise. I would highly recommend Brian for any remodeling work. He will give you a good quality job, for a reasonable price, and he is bottom line fair.

Brian, the owner, and his crew did 2 different jobs for me at my house in Highlands Ranch. The quality of the deck and deck cover, as well as the basement finishing, were directly cited by the people who purchased my home after it was on the market for only 2 weeks last year. In this market - that was fast! As a response to the other reviewer: You don't seem understand the environment of contractors, and have an unrealistic espectation. Yes, Brian, like most, may not call you back within 5 minutes of your call, but once you establish communication, he is very responsive to your needs and will be forthcoming in information and data. He is worth making a couple of calls to get a call back. If you can overcome this small issue in the overall scheme of your goals of obtaining good quality work that satisfies your dreams and wishes, at a reasonable cost, and working with a contractor who will treat you fairly - I look at the telephone call issue as small potatoes. Heck, even in my job, I can't call everyone back as fast as they would like.

Brian also added a 2nd floor addition over a previous vaulted ceiling for my neighbor. He did a custom design entertainment center that provided for a small room behind it, so my 50" LCD HDTV could slip in from behind, and I could access all the cables and connections from the rear - very cool look! I'm going to hire Brian to do some work for me at my new home - this will be my 3rd contract with him.

Brian was very flexible in helping with a design and with changes as they came up. He even made great efforts to minimize the impact of their work while we lived in the house. He and his crew even played "fetch" with my dog, giving her some needed exercise. The downside of that is, any one walking onto my property my dog thinks is there to play with her. If dogs are a good judge of character, Brian is a dog-friendly guy.

You should give Brian a call - heck, 2 or 3 if need be, to talk to him and get a bid. You'll thank me.

Pros: Great Quality Work, Reasonable Prices, High Quality Working Relationship

Cons: He is Busy; Return telephone calls may take a day.
