Addison Auto Repair & Body Shop

We started taking our cars to Addison Auto beginning in 1983 with our Saab. Since then, we have taken other Saabs, and our Honda Accord, VW Passat and Audi A3 to Jim and Brenda.

Our most recent visit was to repair our new (300 miles on the odometer) Audi A3 that was rear-ended. Addison did a fabulous job. They dealt with the insurance company. They restored our car to brand-new condition.

So, why do I keep going to Addison Auto? Because I trust them. I trust them to what is needed and not to recommend un-needed repairs.

I recently had my car repaired at Addison's. I took it there to have the estimate done after the drivers side had been severly dented in the middle of the night while parked. The people there were extremely friendly, helpful, and provided the best of help in gettting the car back to new again. They kept me updated as to the repairs made, dealt with the insurance company, drove me to and from the shop. In addition to the insured repairs, they put my rear view mirror back on (fallen off from the heat) at no charge. They were great in all respects. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or collision work on their car. Thumbs up to Addision. A job well done.

The wonderful people at Addison miraculously turn the unfortunate experience of an accident into the most pleasant experience you can imagine. I've used their services 3 times in 3 years and each visit was better than the one before. Customer service is second to none from the initial phone call to picking up your repaired vehicle, which, in my case was in better condition after the repair than before the damage was done. I feel like each job was custom tailored specifically to my needs. With a busy schedule it's not easy to coordinate unforseen incedents in the middle of the week, but Addison really does do everything in their power to help the client. After dropping my vehicle off, Jim Addison personally drove me from the shop, across town to my office.

Addison firmly stands behind their work with a guarantee and there is no reason why they shouldn't. The quality of the repair is flawless, from the parts to the paint and finish, I have been 110% satisfied with the work that they have done for me.

In addition to the quality work and superior service, the price also fits. For my first repair I got estimates from 2 other shops in the Denver area. Addison was significantly less expensive than their competitors, so from here on out I won't even bother with other estimates, it's just not necessary.

Hopefully I won't have to use the services of a body shop again, but if I do, Addison is my one and only choice. A sincere thanks goes out to everyone at Addison who has helped me with my repairs.
