When here for service and they BENT MY WHEEL - service is run as a way to cheat unsuspecting customers. I guess they can't stay in business without cheating people. Specialized and Yeti should both drop this shameful shop.

I've been a semi-regular at Bike Source now for about three years and have had very mixed experiences about going here. In fact, I would probably be a regular if it weren't for a few quarks that take away from this being hands down the best bike shop in town.

I'll start with the positives. This bike shop has the best selection of bikes for adults around. Having bikes starting at entry level to the most pricy, advanced professional grade bikes, you can find what you are looking for most of the time. I believe this company sells bikes made by Specialized, Giant, and Yeti, as well as several pro-grade road and tri-ath bikes specific brands. Unless you are looking for a kids bike(which they do have by the way just not in near the quantity or quality of the adult bikes), this shop is perfect for both male and female adult cyclists. I will also not that the sales tram is very knowledgeable there products as well. Every time I've had a question it has been answered as thoroughly and accurately as possible.

The major negative of this shop which can easily be avoided given you don't get a tune up or a repair from this place is its repairs and services sector. I took my bike up for a tune up only to find it after riding my newly tuned bike that some other new problem had arisen. Sure enough, I take it in again to get this problem repaired, it gets fixed, however I have another new problem to be fixed. Either I'm just incredibly unlucky or these guys don't fully know what they are doing. I've had the same procedure done at other bike shops and have never had the problems I've had when getting my bike serviced at Bike Source.

I guess my take home message is this: if you are looking to buy a great new bike from the best selection of bikes in town this is the place to go. For your sake though, just don't take your newly bought bike back for repairs or tune ups; you'd be wise to take it else where.

Pros: Awesome Selection, Knowledgeable Staff, Tons of other stuff as well

Cons: Service Department, Prices can be on the higher side

I really like this bike shop, as I'm a fan of large bike store with lots of inventory. Tucked away in a strip mall, this shop is worth seeking out. Lots of cool stuff, and a friendly helpful staff make it a good place to go for your biking needs.
