I had taken my car to Luby Chevrolet and they hadn't fixed 2 separate problems my car was having, in fact told me there was nothing wrong with it. A few weeks later, the car died for the same reason I had taken it to Luby for and so I had it towed to Burt Chevrolet. Burt had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 3 hours of the time the shop had opened that day. The young man who helped me couldn't have been nicer and more sympathic, especially considering I was rather upset having already taken time away from work to try to get this problem fixed at Luby's.
I would highly recommend Burt to anyone in need of service on their automobiles. The difference in the way I was treated was like comparing going to a spa to going to the dentist.
PROS: Wonderful treatment and my car was finally fixed!!!
