Very diissatisfied. Received a quote for a very
minor repair and the quote took over a week and
came back $130.00. The exact same repair at
Jeweler Gallery (in business for 40 years) on S. Pearl St. was $20.00.
So what does that tell me about the rest of their
business -be careful who you do business with.

Trice Jewelers is a fantastic company and everyone is so helpful and extremely knowledgeable about diamonds and jewelry. Since purchasing our engagement ring, wedding bands, and diamond earrings, we have referred 3 people to them and we are all thrilled with the quality and service they provided. We will be customers for life.

Trice Jewelers is okay for new jewelry but for repairs, etc. it's terrible. I had them enlarge a gold ring and they literally ruined it. They didn't tell me they had concerns going in about increasing its size so when it came back and the stones were falling out, they said after the fact "we didn't think it was a good idea to enlarge". I was not happy and the ring (an antique) is ruined.

Trice Jewelers did an incredible job on my wife's engagement ring! They have an incredible selection of rings and we loved the inventory of diamonds they had. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about diamonds and we we able to find exactly what my girlfriend wanted. The price they gave us was better than 3 other stores we looked at. Well worth checking out, they did a great job for us!!!

We have been having a great deal of trouble with this jeweler. We bought a wedding band in April; 5 months later the diamond fell out. We took it in to have another diamond set in the ring. It took a month to get the ring back and they put a tiny diamond in it. We took it back. They had it another month. The diamond fell out within ten days. They have now sent the ring to the manufacturer. It has been a month and we haven't heard anything.

My husband narrowed it down to Shane Co and Trice when looking for my engagement ring. He ultimately chose Trice because he thought the quality of diamonds was slightly better, and the sales staff was more knowledgeable. We went back a few months later to pick out our wedding bands too. The salesman we developed a relationship with assured us that resizing or replating (with rhodium) would always be free of charge for our lifetime -- a nice bonus from an already good jeweler!
