Carpet Wise

Wow i had the cleaning service out and they did great, but after i decided i wanted to replace they took off the entire charge of the cleaning and saved me a ton of money. also they beat home depot price and i am extemely happy with there work ( i dont know what the guy at the bottom's problem was but he probably bought crap and got what he payed for)

Amazing work, lightning fast when you need it quickly. I have had my home and many offices taken care of by these folks over many years. Installers were top notch too.

The guys at Carpet Wise were very helpful in meeting my needs. They were able to beat my estimates from Home Depot and Lowes without any hidden charges. Installation was taken care of very quickly and the installers were very professional...would DEFINITELY buy from them again!

Don't be penny wise and pound foolish like I was - buy from somebody else!

Basically Carpet Wise in Longmont is a group of slick sales guys (Sam especially) with absolutely no ethics who will tell you anything to get your money. Once they have your money, good luck getting anything out of them.

I thought I was getting a good deal, only to realize later that they installed a much lower quality and lighter weight carpet than the sample they had shown me during the sale. Their installers did a terrible job on the thresholds and seams and I had to watch them like a hawk to keep pointing out obvious problems. They smashed up my walls while trying to hurry up along the edges. None of these issues got their attention - they're just rude and annoyed by you once they have your money.

Our carpet is now coming apart and when I called to ask them to look into why I'm having these problems, they just made more empty promises and I never heard back from them. Lesson learned - the cheapskate always pays twice!
