Long standing business with kid friendly menu and even kids eat free night. Standard Mexican fare, check out the fajati's served hot and sizzling. Homemade salsa and chips to munch while checking their menu.

Well I just don't understand why it is so hard to make good mexican food. You have to use good mexican spices. Store bought chips! Come on!!! Do not use stuff from a can! Even the margarita was watered down to hide the cheap tequilla.

Pros: Ambience OK but a bit too dark.

Cons: The food is just not good.

We went on 8/13/06. It was so bad I litterly got sick to my stomach. The bean dip was canned beans. The salsa tasted like Ragu sauce and the chips were out of a bag. The tacos we burnt and had hamburger with NO seasoning and cheese

With all the chains from one end of Academy to the other, my husband and I seek out small local spots instead. Mission Inn is one of our favorites. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the food is excellent. With regard to

I have had a great deal of experience with Mexican food, and this is not it. The options are very "American" and their "hot" salsa is NOT! Overall, the food was bizarre and not very good. Our service was perfunctory at best. The good news
