Pros: beer, barbecue

When you are tired of all the other restaurants at the mall and just want a good burger, head to Gordon Biersch. So much better than the other burger places. The space is industrial and I believe they brew their own beer on site.

Burgers are cooked to perfection and easily large enough to share.

I've eaten here several times since the place opened and I'm a huge fan of their garlic fries and their drinks. However, every time I've actually ordered food, it's been below acceptable. I had a chicken salad once where the chicken

Pros: The bar & the garlic fries

Cons: Everything else

My husband and I love microbreweries but found them really pricey and impersonal in this part of Colorado.\r
Once we went here we knew we didn't need to go anywhere else. My husband is a fussy Brazilian who knows a good burger and brew.

I was immediately welcomed when I stepped foot in Gordon Bierch. Prompt service ensued after I was seated. My date and I were offered five samples of their in-house brewed beer, all of which tasted excellent. I ordered their seasonal

Gordon Bierch has the start of a great restaurant - they serve the best brewpub beer in the Denver Area (counting 3 in Boulder 2 in Aspen 2 in Broomfield and 4 in downtown Denver) as well as the most varied menu. They offer the best

Gordon Biersch is a restaurant/brewer that knows how to do it right. I'm typically not impressed by "upscale" brewpubs, but Gordon Biersch offers great brew (especially the Marzen - sorry, no umlauts!), and tasty food lovingly prepared and in substantial portions. My favorites run to the seared ahi (love it wherever I can get it), and Gordon Biersch's incredible meatloaf (Believe it - this is the food of the gods!), but anything on the menu is worth a go, especially steaks.

Editorial from

In Short
Airy, industrial decor lends a lighter, more urban feel to Gordon Biersch than most beer halls. The bar may get crowded after 5pm, when a happy-hour crowd hoists a few pints of seasonal Bavarian-influenced beers. A menu…
