When I decided to move to Denver, I stayed at the Cherry Creek Courtyard on my first visit to the area. If you're looking for walking distance to downtown, this is not the hotel for you. But it suited my purposes as I needed something that was easy to get to from the airport (since my flight got in so late) - and it's right off of 25. The check-in clerk was extremely kind when I got there at 2am. The room was nothing special - just your typical Marriott room. The bathroom felt a little cramped; anyone larger than 5'2" me would feel like the countertop extended a little too far over the toilet area. It's not downtown Marriott pricing but it's not cheap either - you will pay $125+ per night but that's to be expected from the Marriott chain. The restaurant downstairs was convenient but also pricy (after tax and tip, I spent $16 on breakfast for myself and just had some eggs and toast). If you like Marriott, you'll like and know what to expect at this hotel. Do I think it's worth the high price? Not really - I didn't get any special treatment and those eggs were nothing worth noting.
