I've been visiting spectrum salon on and off for ten years and i've never been unsatisfied. It's a smaller privately owned salon so don't expect it to look like a downtown place but the people are always friendly and the prices are more than fair!

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! THE LADY MESSED MY HAIR UP SO BAD! I WANTED HER TO FIX IT & SHE SAID I COULD ONLY PICK 3 PLACES I WANTED HER TO FIX EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS AT LEAST 10 BECAUSE I WOULD BE RUINING SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL! IT LOOKED SOOO BAD!! I TOLD HER I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL AND SHE SAID I NEEDED TO GROW UP AND GET OVER IT. SHE WAS SO PISSED THAT I WANTED HER TO FIX IT AND SHE WAS NOT GENTLE AT ALL. I WOULD HAVE GONE SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET IT FIXED BUT IM A COLLEGE STUDENT AND I DONT HAVE A LOT OF MONEY SO I COULDN'T AFFORD IT. IT WAS SO HORRIBLE! PLUS SHE WAS ADD OR SOMETHING AND WOULD DO MY HAIR FOR ABOUT 5 MIN THEN WALK AWAY & START DOING SOMETHING ELSE. IT TOOK 4 HOURS FOR HER TO MAKE MY HAIR LOOK LIKE CRAP! I LOOK AT MY HAIR EVERYDAY AND WANT TO CRY. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET YOUR HAIR JACKED UP BAD! PLUS SHE IS THE OWNER AND THE ONLY ONE THAT WORKS THERE SO WHILE SHE WAS DOING MY HAIR, SHE WAS ALSO DOING OTHER PEOPLES HAIR AS WELL. IT WAS SO UNORGANIZED. IF I COULD I WOULD HAVE GIVEN LESS THAN ONE STAR.

My entire family has frequented this salon since it opened over a decade ago. Our stylist is sweet, nice, and always remember us - from what type of hair style we want to where we went on vacation and what classes we've been taking in school. It offers hair styling/cut/color/perm, etc, as well as nail and tanning also. One can also buy a selection of products from them. I'd highly reccomend this to everyone, especially if you're looking for someone to cut YOUR hair, instead of just seeing you as the next head of hair.
