I have never felt had a worse dining experience at a restaurant that advertises coupons in every single publication in town. The coupons (we had 3 of them) heading into dinner, and not one was VALID.
The calamari was COLD, the dishes too salty and the manager rude. He couldn't accommodate someone on crutches at an ideal table, and wanted my guest to hobble up a stair well to sit in a corner with crutches. The poor waitress was very sweet, but in an awful position. I don't recommend EVER eating there, which is too bad, because we live in the neighborhood and there are not a lot of options. I do hope that a better management team and kitchen staff take over this Italian Locally owned restaurant.

Intimate atmosphere, elegant but not stuffy. Early dining for those of us with children, but the perfect spot for late date night, too! Tasty, authentic dishes and the house wine is always on par. The soups are scrumptious, if a bit indulgent. Closed on Sunday, as is much of Colorado!

Via Toscana is tucked away in a little strip mall, but don't let the location fool you. They have authentic Italian dishes, moderate prices and a cozy atmosphere.

I have been here multiple times and the food is always great. I would recommend anything on the menu. The specials have always been great. My personal favorites are the veal or the ribeye, along with a half carafe of the house Chianti.

Via Toscana has been a favorite of ours for years and we still love it! They offer many traditional dishes and make them just right. Red sauce or white, meat, fish, pizza and tasty salads and appetizers, we have found no weak spot on their menu. The desserts are excellent. Atmosphere is intimate and inviting. Want a break from the anonymous chain restaurants? Give Via Toscana a try, you won't be disappointed!

My wife and I moved to Denver from Chicago years ago and miss the great neighborhood Italian restaurants which can be found throughout the city and suburbs. Via Toscana measures up and exceeds those...we've found our special night out

Pros: Food. Wine list is extensive from affordable to celebrate.

Cons: None.

My favorite Italian place in the north metro area! Fair prices for good food, with good portions. The back room (by the wine "cellar") can be rather noisy, since the walls are (I believe) concrete, so you should make reservations on busy

Pros: Good romantic place with great food and fair prices, good wine list.

Cons: Can be VERY crowded on weekend nights, and for holidays--need reservations. Back room can be very noisy.

Pros: Great Food, Great Value, Well Decorated

The decor at Via Toscana is better than you wood expect by looking at it's suburban shopping center facade. The menu features several standards and a few creative offerings. The surprisingly extensive wine list has many affordable options
