I'm from Michigan and I traded up to a 2010 Highlander. Stupid me, after signing everything my wife noticed a $399 charge for some kind of windshield insurance (the windshield already was damaged when we bought it!) it involved some stuff like Rain-x that they apply to the windshield. They applied it to an already damaged one! Also there was a $399 theft insurance added in. When I questioned it the salesman Mike Cho showed me on the window sticker where it was. I totally missed it because it they strategically placed it where you don't notice it. I really feel like an idiot for not seeing it. The worst thing though was after the 5 hours it took to finalize everything (included swapping out some worn out tires the salesman claimed were new) we were ready to drive away and I asked for the other keys and fob. The guy tells me then that there is only one key and fob. No Valet keys and no extra keyand fob for my wife. Of course by now the service department is closed so we can't get one. I called them several times 2 days later (after the weekend) to try to see if they'd give me a break on new ones but you can't talk to a sales manager without leaving a voicemail! Of course they won't call me back. I'm left with paying $116 for one key and $160 for a fob. I didn't ask what a valet key would cost. I'm getting an extra key from ACE hardware for $70. Stay away from this dealer or at least pay close attention to the details. It ruined my vacation. Another thing when they swapped the tires (and wheels) they didn't reprogram the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) so now that doesn't work. If they read this and give me some satisfaction, I'll amend my review. How hard would it have been for the salesman to tell me I would need an extra key? Now I'm 1200 miles from hope and I hope to God I don't lose my only one.

i brought it eventually back to the go in thornton and they destroyed my credit and i have a repo paid in full on my credit report. stay away from them they are cheters

Quick lube staff scammed me out of $80 extra to change my air filter. He said it would cost $17 extra not $80, then he denied it at time of sale. I will never use their quick lube service again! Oil=$21 Filter=$27 labor=$86.

I have to say that I always dread buying a new car. My experience with Go Toyota was surprising. The salesperson was very knowledgeable but not pushy in any way. When I decided to buy I was able to negotiate through him and I didn't have to be passed off to a sales manager. I was very happy with the price I got but I did have the Consumer Report printout on the vehicle which I always think speeds up the negotiations. The only hard sell I got was from the Finance person who was selling the extended warranties. The vehicle was ready and everything in order when I picked it up and he spent as much time as necessary going through the paperwork and vehicle. It really was a nice experience.

i was standing before the quick lube for almost 1/ 2 hour and nobody answered even thought there was lot of people working inside. it looked like i was begging them to take my car. And the car feedback is another worst part. nobody answered properly for that heavy price for a oil change i dont think it is worth going there anymore.

In response to the women that is complaining that the telephone service is poor but still Toyota has already agreed to not charge her for $5000 of extra repairs, I believe her comment is very self centered and that Toyota has been more then fair to her. Basically her comment is quite unreasonable and in the future she should go elsewhere to pay thousands of dollars more to less trustworthy dealers. My experience has been nothing but top notch service and I never have been left on hold for more then a few minutes, or unsatisfied with their repairs.

We asked for a quote on a Highlander by email. When they replied, we called to see when we could come in to test drive the car. They then told us that the quote they gave us was inaccurate, and the car would be $5000 more! They would not honor the original quote emailed to us. They were nasty to us on the phone when we called. I would not recommend going to this dealership. Their quotes are not worth anything.

We brought our Sienna in to have a recall notice taken care of as well as service done to the sliding door. It took 6 hours for them to complete something that should have taken 15 minutes and they had to special order the part for the door - making yet another appointment necessary. Shuttle took AT LEAST 3 hours to arrive. Unacceptable!

PROS: It's a dealership - where else can you get recall notices completed?
CONS: V-e-r-y slow, never have parts in stock, shuttle service is a joke
