I have been to several Applebees and Chili's in Colorado. Unfortunately, most of the Chili's I have been to had average to poor service. However, this location has always had very good service, the staff are friendly and talkitive. I love Chili's Chicken fajitas, they're almost as good as many non-franchise Mexican restaurants I have been to. The tacos are usually pretty good, however, don't order typically American entrees, like Chicken fingers, you'll be highly dissapointed. The Chicken fingers were dry and stale. Like most Chili's the atmosphere is pretty dull and I absoloutely despise the two-person booths they have because the table is so small that one entree practically fills up 65% of the table. They have a nice variety of food, but I wish that they would have more healthy choices because entrees like the Chipotle Honey Crispers can run up to 2,000 calories and 75g of fat, more than you need for whole day! The fajitas are probably the healthiest thing there, they run about 650-1000 calories and about 25 g of fat, depending on whether you eat the tortillas.
Pros: usually very good service, tasty Tex-Mex entrees, location
Cons: American style entrees aren't good, atmosphere
