We had such an amazing experience with Dave and his guys that we cannot wait till they come back again and build our sunroom. First of all his design was amazing, and at first it almost seemed unreal; but the finished product surpassed what we expected. We researched and interviewed different companies, even the ones that were big and had top of the line designs, but nothing and no one compared to what Dave presented us with. He built our fence, did his research on the HOA requirements, gave us great timing on when it would all be done, and the quality of his work showed from the very beginning. We had several neighbors drive by slowly to "admire" our front yard or others stop and look at the work he did. Even our next door neighbor will be hiring him to work on his landscape. We had no problems at all, and even with the bad weather and snow we had, he still delivered before the deadline! I would definitely recommend Imperial Water Gardens to everyone! We loved working with Dave and his whole team.

Years ago, 7 or 8, I called to get an estimate for getting a pond installed in our front yard, and left messages on their answering machine. I also e-mailed to them several times. NO response what so ever. Finally I walked over there, as they are in my neighborhood (within 4 blocks) and talked to the person manning the office and asked why I couldn't get any response. No good answer was provided. Finally I wrote a e-mail that as I couldn't get an estimate, let alone a response (how hard is it to pick up the phone & call/ leave a message OR write an e-mail response, any time of the day, in a 3 month period?) that in the future they wouldn't be considered for the project. That STILL didn't get any response.
Fast forward to 2010 and after getting a small inheritance, hired PP to put in my pond, as I like the guy's work and he responded to every question, call & e-mail. Just in describing my wants & approximate dimensions I was quoted $10,000. The in-person bid was more than that, but I got nearly every thing I wanted. Two men & 3 1/2 days in early May 2010 and everyone LOVES it and people at my hubby's work are thinking of getting PP to come do something for them.
THAT is what Dave missed out on with his treatment of me. While I went to nearly every pond seminar he gave years ago, my back proved it wouldn't be able to do the project and I had to hire it out. I knew years ago that I wanted this pond and wanted to plan for the costs. The person who passed away knew of this and would have loved spending time enjoying it with me. I had wanted consider IWG for the job, but apparently my project was not worth regarding.

The landscaping job done in 2008 was great. We could not have been more pleased. But then came the weeds and after several attempts to rectify the situation, (They are not prompt in getting back to you) finally the foreman Jim came out and pulled all the weeds and then said he would spray to prevent this happing again and put us on a schedule for treatments. This did not happened. After several attempts in 2009 to get them to come out, David the owner came out and looked at the yard and said he had a sprayer in his vehicle and he would take care of it. This has not worked. They have not returned my phone calls since.
