I have been taking my vehicles to Overpass Auto for years and I am always satisfied with their customer service. Highly knowledgeable, helpful and patient staff. The mechanics are top notch! Definitely would recommend this auto service shop, best in town in my opinion! They are the first non-dealership shop I ve allowed to work on my vehicles in the past, and I will continue to see them in the future if I have any auto needs!

Overpass Auto Repair is a family-owned business that offers excellent service. Their mechanics really know what theyre doing! I have been taking my cars there for repairs for years and have never had a problem. They are the most honest and reliable people Ive ever encountered. They are very professional, courteous and completely trustworthy. They truly care about their customers and do great work! I have always been a satisfied customer and wouldnt take my cars to any other mechanic shop in the Valley besides Overpass Auto.

We dropped off our vehicle for a diagnosis first thing in the morning. We were told there would be no charge for the diagnosis. We were told we would get a phone call once they had diagnosed the issue with an estimate and then we could decide if we needed or could afford the repair. Waited for a phone call all day long never received one. Finally we called the shop just after 15:00 local. Only to hear they were just about to call us to tell us they had replaced a valve in the vehicle because they thought it was fairly inexpensive. In addition, they had another part on the way over from the dealership, which they were also going to replace without our consent, and our bill was just shy of $400.00! We asked them to put the vehicle back together and not replace the part that was not yet in the vehicle. We told them we would pay for the labor and the part they had already replaced but also disclosed our discontent with the fact that repairs had been done with out our knowledge or consent. The lady behind the desk told us that is their "diagnosis process" and told us that we did not understand it. As we were trying to tell her that is not what she had told us prior she got frustrated and yelled at us continuously- we were not able to get another word in. In addition, they told us the work could not be finished that afternoon they would finish the work the following day. We went home and received a phone call just before 17:00 she told us the vehicle was ready. We went to pick it up and when we did the walk around we noticed they had messed up something electrical when they pulled off the dash. The "door dinger" (this is what was written on the invoice which I am sure is not the correct technical mechanic term) was dinging with out the keys in or the lights on. They said they didn't notice the problem and let us know that whoever we had repair the part they had tried to repair with out our consent could fix that when they went into the dash. We told her it had to be fixed because that was not the condition the vehicle was in before they messed with it, that was something they were responsible for. She got irritated with us and told us they wouldn't be able to get to it until sometime the next day. Absolutely horrible customer service we were yelled at over and over again for her mistake and the shop had no idea what was going on. Our free diagnosis turned into labor and parts just shy of $400.00!! Don't recommend this place, it's full of lunatics and they will rip you off and lie to you!! If there was a negative thumbs up rating I would certainly use that unfortunately disappointing is as low as the rating goes even thought the service was much worse than disappointing! We will never take our vehicles back there, have warned our friends and family to steer clear of this place and urge you to do the same!
