After reading all the reviews I think I should put my two cents in here also. I go to Dr. Weber and she has always been so nice. I really had no complaints besides the rude receptionist who hates her life but I only went once a year so I got over it. I recentley had to get some blood work done twice and both times nobody bothered to call me back for weeks. On top of that the nurse that drew my blood messed up and I'm not sure she even got enough blood. I just called for my results and the person at the front desk blew me off and just sent me to the voice mail box. The last time I left a message on the voice mail box it took them another week to even respond to me. If this is how I am going to be treated now I sure don't want to put up with it for 9 months. After reading these reviews and my recent experience I am going to look for another doctor.

I had my 3 children with Mile High OB-GYN, delivered all of them at Rose medical Center. I've always been treated with kindness and respect. I would highly recommend Mile Hi OB/Gyn to anybody looking for an OB/Gyn practice.

There is one woman at the front desk who has demonstrated to me through many instances of her behavior, that she does not like her job. I had an appointment this morning. My husband and I walked through the front door and proceeded to the desk to sign in. With her back turned to me, she makes the statement "People need to stop coming through the door". She then turns around and sees that I am right there. She immediately states, "oh, you weren't supposed to hear that". This was enough for me since there are many more occasions where she has acted liked I am an inconvenience to her. Every time I go to the desk to book a follow up appointment she acts as though it is a gigantic pain to her - one time telling me she was not having a good day and could I call and book another time. It's not even worth telling everything. She is a basket case - sorry chic, but you deserve it. Not a great way to make your clients feel comfortable, especially when they are trusting your team to deliver their child. Thank Goodness the doctors are all excellent to help you forget the crazy woman that started off and ends your visit.

I have been with them for a few years and wished I would have known better to switch sooner. I have had reoccurring issues and have had no answers or solutions to the problems. As a result, things have gotten worse and I have decided its time to switch.I called and interviewed 4 other doctors and offices as well as Mile High. I heard back from all 4 new offices within a few hours. No call back from Mile High. They also billed my old insurance company, which baffles me, because I had switched well over a year ago and have seen them several times since... they didn't seem to care much when I asked for my medical records to be transferred.

Dr. Goodman & his staff have been nothing but great when I've had to deal with them on a very difficult visit. I only have positive things to say about this office & the people I've seen while at my appointments. Just an fyi.

Well, I am about 37weeks pregnant with my first child and decided to go to Mile High because it was close to home and I wanted to deliver at Rose.

The first problem I had with this office was when I was about 12 weeks pregnant. I was at work and had very bad swelling in my legs and feet. Not that that scared me, but there was so much pain along with it that it was hard to walk. It was a weekend and since I knew the office wasn't open I decided to look this up on the Internet (bad idea). What I saw on the Internet made me think I had an infection in my joints so I decided to call Mile High. I left a message for the doctor I was used to seeing and told her I was going to the emergency room to get checked out. I never received a phone call back. When I asked her about it at my next apt. she told me that it was normal and didn't even comment on the fact that she never returned my phone call.

The second time I had a problem with them was at my 20 week appt. They had me sit in the waiting room for an hour and a half because they over booked appts. The prior visit I had they told me to be sure I had a full bladder at the appt. so we could see the baby on the ultrasound. So, needless to say, I got to "hold it" for that whole time.

The third time I had a problem was just a few weeks ago. I was at work one day and started to feel very dizzy and light headed. I had an appt. the next day so I decided to wait to talk to the doctor then instead of freaking out about it. The next day I told the Dr. what had happened and once again she blew it off and said that's normal. Three days later I had plans to have dinner at my Mom's house with my Husband and before I left work I started to feel strange again. My tongue went numb and then my left hand went numb all the way up my arm. I sat down for about 10 minutes and started to feel better so I left to go to my Mom's. After I got there I started to feel really dizzy again and got spotted vision. My Husband decided to call the on call doctor and it turned out to be the doctor I usually see. He told her that I wasn't feeling very well and was dizzy again and having blurred vision. She then asked my Husband if I had lost a lot of blood in the surgery. He asked her what she was talking about, and told her that I haven't had surgery. She said Oh I thought she had a c section... I HAVE BEEN SEEING THIS DOCTOR FOR THE PAST 8 MONTHS AND SHE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW WHO I AM. Every time I have an appt, she never asks me how I am feeling or if I have any questions. If I do have any questions or concerns she just tells me that's normal and blows me off. I cant stand this doctor or the office. I feel like getting a new doctor even if it is a complete stranger. I would feel more comfortable with a complete stranger than with anyone from this office delivering my Son. I would never recommend anyone to go to this office. The doctors treat you like cattle, get you in and get you out. They don't ever explain anything to you or even, at least in my case, remember who you are.

I went to this office with a sensitive situation. It was handled discretely and respectfully. I would recommend highly. The person who handled my initial phone call was polite and efficient. The nurse and doctor were outstanding.

This doctor sits at Hudson st, Denver office.Even during regular visits, she had no answers to our queries. And as ill luck would have it, she was on call on the day of labor.I would say, she complicated the case as she was so slow in taking decisions.Making guesses and all sorts of things. Our baby's head was stuck in between the pubic bones ans she used vacuum pump and what not to suck it out.Mind you,its dangerous and rarely recommended. To top it all, she and the nurse at Rose kept on arguing with my wife at the time of delivery. It was a nightmare for her.Stll, after 5 months of delivery, she has not recovered from the trauma. Her uterus is abnormally bulky. And she is on pain medication. And this doctor had no clues.

I have had to have 2 abortions in my life time. One not by choice and this one by choice. From the moment my phone call was taken at their office up to the time I left the office after the procedure, I experienced nothing but the kindest, warmest people and service. They provided exactly what I needed in a very difficult time. I've never been to a place where the whole staff was so respectful and considerate of this kind of situation and so knowledgeable. Their patience, warmth and understanding made such an incredible difference in helping me through this.I will definately be switching my provider to Mile High for my regular gyn needs. Thank You!

Can the person who posted on 4/14 please post the name of the Doctor? I appreciate that you were being polite in not mentioning it, but I'd like to know whom to watch out for before I go into labor!

I went to the Greenwood Village office of Mile High in Nov. of 2007 to terminate a pregnancy. The women I spoke to on the phone prior to my appointment were nice and polite, but too busy to really answer questions I had. When i arrived for my appointment, I was told I had to sign a bunch of papers stating they had explained the procedure to me and signing off any liability should something go wrong. The lady at the counter literally yelled at me to sign the papers. I tried to explain that I had never had an abortion before and that I didn't know what the procedure entailed, and that I also was unsure of my blood type, so I didn't feel comfortable signing off on their waiver until that could be established. She told me that I had to sign or go elsewhere. So I signed. I then had the fastest and most painful experience of my life. I was left in a room, alone, bleeding profusely after the procedure, and the Dr. handed me 3 packs of birth control pills, which of course were completely incompatible with my body, but what could I expect since he didn't ask me any questions or even take the time to see if I was okay. I was then released, despite having gone to appointment alone and being in a great deal of pain, bleeding profusely, and barely able to walk. I then had to wait nearly 20 minutes downstairs for my pain medication prescription. I paid out of pocket for my services, but did give them my insurance information ( I was originally intending to make this office my permanent gynecological center). I have now found out, 3 months later, that they also billed my insurance, for nearly FOUR times the amount of the procedure! My insurance has billed me against my deductible, which means I have paid over $800 for a $350 abortion, and of course I can't get anyone at Mile High to return my phone calls. As if terminating a pregnancy wasn't difficult enough, I had to deal with all of this. A very awful experience. I highly recommend looking elsewhere to meet your gynecological needs. It isn't worth being ostracized by the staff nor is it worth months of trying to straighten out billing issues. And in addition, if someone is against the concept of terminating a pregnancy, you need to not work for a doctor who performs abortions, the attitudes I experienced by the staff were totally unacceptable. Go work in a church, not at an abortion clinic.

I just moved to Colorado from out of state and was desperately seeking a good OBGYN. I chose this office because it was minutes down the road from where I lived, and did not base my choice on any reviews. When I got to the office, the receptionist was on a personal phonecall (if you heard it, you would know it was personal) and waited a good 3 minutes to even acknowledge that I was standing there. I had to actually interrupt her conversation to get her off the phone. She returned with an extremely rude and abrupt demeanor, as if I was supposed to be servicing her! I have never been treated like that, ever, in any office I've ever been to. I had to bite my tongue. Then I explained to her that I had no insurance and asked if we could work out a payment plan. She assured me that if I paid in full at the close of the exam, I would get a discount, and I did. It has been two months and I have received a follow-up bill, which after legal research, I have come to the conclusion that I have to pay. These are hidden costs which the receptionist failed to tell me about. Just be cautious if you decide to choose this physician's office... the staff has a way of shattering any good reputation these doctors have.

I've always had normal pregnancies, and #3 was no different than the first two. I chose this OB/gyn office as it was close to my office and I wanted to deliver at Rose. I felt that the wait times when I had a scheduled appointment were too long at times; one time I was left in the exam room while literally everybody but one employee left for the evening! I felt that the doctor who delivered my child was not attentive enough...the physician didn't bother to show up until around noon, despite saying he would be in around 8am. Yeah, I went into labor around 1am Sunday morning, and I'm sorry I delivered on a weekend, but hey, docs need to expect that when they choose the OB field ;)
