Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Now that I'm looking at the reviews, I wonder why I wasted money there. By all means, stay away from this ghetto hotel. Service is horrible, rooms are trashy at best, the bouncers wont even let you get up

Recently, a group of friends and I encountered a racist act by the staff at the Jet Lounge in Lodo Denver. While the club was relatively empty, they decided our money was good enough. Once patrons started filling up the place, the club decided that our look (group of well dressed black men) was not the image they wanted to convey, and we were asked to leave based on our attire (button-up shirt, dress shoes and knitted winter hat). Now, this would not have been an issue if this was pointed out by the doormen when we were let in. Nor would it have been a problem if told this before buying a couple rounds of drinks over an hour and a half time period. However, the biggest issue was that several other patrons (white) were wearing baseball caps and sneakers and were not asked to take them off and/or leave, even after we pointed this out. You decide. If you have experienced racism at this club, please post your story. Even if you haven't please show your support by taking a stand against this practice of racism at Jet

The Jet Hotel nightclub is the Ferrari of nightclubs. The minute you walk into the club you feel like a celebrity. The whole place is decked out with modern furniture and stylish fixtures. The main floor is cool and spacious. The music is bumping and dancing is inevitable. The main floor huge, but then the downstairs floor is another world. There is a second full bar downstairs. The music is louder and the party is crazier. There are all kinds of hidden spots to get your dance on or chill out and enjoy your drinks. A definite hot spot that you don?t want to miss!

This place is a must experience!!! The staff is knowledgeable and the service is prompt. The layout is aesthetically pleasing while the atmosphere has energy unparallel. The rooms are spacious and decorative. You aslo have a variety of activities to do that conveniently surround the area. Overall- Jet offers luxury and entertainment where you can meet a diverse and professional crowd.

While we travel to Denver, mainly for the snow time festivities. our main location when we stay has been the Jet Hotel. Collecting a night full of events is extremely easy, their staff is knowledgable about the areas, great restaurants and comedy clubs and etc. Our stay has always been enjoyable and after a reckless time in the mountains, sleeping soundly and waking up refreshed is our most important goal. The weekends allow us to party with the other up and coming professionals and catch some unique theme parties.

Our front desk assistant was also helpful in seeing our accomidations were fully meet and he even ran an errand for something we were missing for our trip tomorrow. he was off the clock I later found out and over heard that we were missing an item, he took it on his own, to help out....Thanks Fisher you were great.

So first off I live in Denver. I love this hotel and the bar as well. Many times I will be downtown and decide to spend the night and this is always my first choice. The rooms are nice and the price is affordable for the location and rooms. The staff is always very friendly and the location is hard to beat.

My experience at The Jet Hotel was one of convenience, and comfort. The Jet Hotel is located right in the middle of the LODO district. That means I was 2 blocks away from all the best restaurants and night clubs. However, I did not even need to leave the hotel to chill out at one of Denver ?s best clubs. On the weekend The Jet rocks it out with some wicked great DJs. Then when I was ready to crash, all I had to do is get in the elevator and go to a nice quiet room.

I also found the staff to be great. They always acted like they really wanted to be there at work.

Had a blast, me and my girlfriends we came to watch some dj they flew in from L.A. that turned out to be really awesome! Luckily we're smart and we planned ahead and got a room. So we were able to just stumble upstairs to our room jump in bed and finish the rest of our champagne! I recommend this place for a good safe time!

I have stayed here many many times. I had to stop when I crossed paths with a RODENT actually barking at me. The person at the desk was not surprised at all. Apparently they just keep coming in from their back door facing the alley. I don't recommend a stay here, the Oxford, Teatro and Curtis all close. These hotels operate at a higher customer service and are much cleaner.

The parking situation is also bad, you can not stay here without paying one of the nearby lots $12+ per night. The hotel does not have its own parking available.

I arrived on Saturday, early for a business trip to Denver and was greeted by friendly staff. The room was cool. That night the bar downstairs began to fill up, I was offered great bottle service downstairs and some friends came to meet me. Overall I was very pleased and satisfied with the Jet Hotel and will definitely stay again when in Denver.

I've partied at Jet many of times in the past year and always have a blast! The crowd ranges in age (never too young where they're acting like annoying drunk fools, and never Geritol-popping) - both sexes are usually hot, well dressed, sophisticated. Jet is the place to be if you want to have tons of fun, pretty-people watch, dance like the sexy-mama-that-you-are-or-can-be, or just socialize with interesting, professional crowds. Been here on dates and with my gal pals - always have such a great time that I stay till the end! Instead of going home one night, my guy (now boyfriend -lol) and I extended our date and got a beautiful suite upstairs! Best way to end the night!

Stayed there this past weekend. Had a great stay, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The nightlife at the bar downstairs on Friday and Saturday was one of the best I've ever been around in Denver.

I stayed from Thursday until Sunday and had a great time. It was quite on Thursday night but that was ok because I had business on Friday, then when I came back from Dinner on Friday I was met with the best looking people in Denver partying the night away. I had a blast and went to home on Sunday not well rested because the rooms were great but the party was just too good.

I initially had high hopes for the Jet Hotel during a recent visit, but ended up being sorely disappointed with the hotel and, in particular, the service. I arrived at the hotel and was not received by a valet (no parking is associated with the hotel). I started to unload my bags from the vehicle and an employee of the hotel who was standing outside just looked at me and walked in (no offer to help with the luggage). Once I arrived at the desk the clerk explained that housekeeping had yet to arrive so my room wouldn't be ready for another hour or so. The staff stored my bags at the front desk while I went out to find parking near the hotel. To its credit, Jet has one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on, and rather large rooms. However, I felt like I was in a college dorm again... the entire hotel has that feel which may very well appeal to the crowd they're focused on. There are no doors separating the bedroom and bathroom (just a mesh sheet which is draped over the opening) which cuts down on privacy. There's also no fitness center, no room service and no concierge at the hotel. This would be expected and not a problem if you were staying at an average-priced hotel, but when you're paying $300 a night, this lack of service and basic amenities is rather unacceptable. It is particularly frustrating when you can walk across the street to the Oxford Hotel and experience all that is missing from the Jet at less than half the price ($149/night).

I came into town with some friends for a wedding and we decided to stay at the Jet Hotel through a friends referral. It was a very good time. The wedding was downtown and didn't run very late so we went back to our rooms to change and finish out our celebration in Denver.

We got back to Jet and people were having a blast so we didn't even go to our rooms to change, we stayed downstairs met some locals and rocked out the night! There was live music upstairs and downstairs that was great. I just can't say enough about the stay. We had a wonderful time!

The next morning we dragged ourselves out downstairs to get coffee then walked across the street to get breakfast. The beds were super comfortable and the service was great. It is a young professional setting. Not your regular $40k millionaires : ). I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends. Thanks!

Friends from college flew in for the weekend so I booked a room at the Jet for the weekend. It was like being in college all over again! There were girls everywhere and the club was great! We got a table in the private club downstairs and it was by far better than some of the other tables I've gotten. It wasn't tight and surrounded by annoying drunk people! There was a great group.

The guys really liked the rooms especially the fact that they just had to take the elevator to their rooms. It made getting to bed much easier then walking around downtown trying to figure out where you are in a new city! : ) Here's to good times at Jet!

I felt that the hotel offered an innovative and fun atmoshpere. The rooms were intimate with a great view. During the evening we went down to the club that was happening. I felt like a star : ). The people were very nice and the service was on par. The only draw back it had was no in house food service but it also allowed us to get out and see the young city of Denver. Thanks Jet. We'll see you next time.

I travel frequently and have stayed at a number of boutique hotels around the world. This is the first review that I have ever written, but I felt compelled to do so after my poor service at Jet Hotel in Denver. I stayed for 4 days and the below is just a sampling of what went wrong.

First, the parking situation is horrible. The electronic machines in the unsupervised lots are confusing, and I was ticketed after 15 hours, even though I paid for 24 hours. How a hotel has no parking in a city where everyone drives is beyond me. They have valet parking for their club at night, but not 24 hours...why not have full-time valet parking?

The staff at the hotel was never to be found. I tried the front desk several times throughout my stay to ask questions about the area, but no one was ever around. I waited 30+ minutes to checkout as I couldn't find any staff. I'm not sure where the staff was as the hotel was virtually empty all weekend (saw one other guest), despite the fact it was Memorial Day weekend.

They also forgot to clean my room on my first day at the hotel. I finally located someone, and they told me that "they have been having problems with the maid service", but they wouldn't be able to get the room cleaned until the next day (he did take $50 off the room for that day).

The room itself is not what I expected. It was small and had a 20" TV that was maybe 10 years old (definitely not a flat screen). They also had single ply toilet paper and one bar of soap to share between the shower and sink. On a positive note, the bed and sheets were comfortable, and the room had a nice balcony.

The bar and club are fun, but that is all Jet should focus on because they obviously aren't concerned about the hotel guests. Coming into the lobby at the end of the night resembles walking through a trashed frat house with cups, spilled drinks and junk everywhere. Jet Hotel either needs to significantly step their game up or get out of the hotel business altogether.
