EXCELLENT!!! Autoworks Colorado is awesome. The owner, Mark, worked closely with me to accurately diagnose a repeated problem I was encountering with my MINI CooperS automatic transmission. The car would occasionally bog down and suddenly downshift. This was extremely dangerous, especially when it happened twice making a left turn in a busy Highlands Ranch intersection. The Autoworks diagnostic computer analysis indicated a faulty D.S.C. module. After replacing the module the car was still occasionally downshifting. Mark asked me to return the car to him for a couple of days. At no cost to me, the mechanics reset the factory programing for the engine and transmission and the car has been running perfectly now for two weeks. The final part of this experience was when Mark personally delivered the MINI to my driveway. The personal touch, the integrity, the professionalism were impressive. I will continue to bring my AUDI and MINI to Mark and his techniciansthey are simply the best! Also, their garage is immaculate!

Had my BMW 330 towed into this shop because it wouldn't start. The owner decided to not only start my vehicle but also provide a $105 inspection of my vehicle which he charged me for. In the inspection he found over $2400 of repair items that I should do immediately. I took my vehicle to Ralph Schomp right afterwards and they checked out each of the items and they did not find a single item on the list to have a problem. Will never do business with Autoworks again and encouraging everyone I know to stay away.\n\n

Took my VW in for a very routine 60K timing belt service after using Autoworks Colorado a few previous times. \r\n\r\nCalled around to various shops and dealers to check pricing for the service and decided to book an appointment with them. I was very clear about what parts I wanted replaced and what service I wanted done to my car when I inquired about pricing as I take very good care of my cars. \r\n\r\nWent to pick up the car and upon checkout was greeted with a price that was $350+ more that what I was quoted over the phone. How can a shop be that far off of their estimates? I asked why the price was so much higher than the quote and if the shop had found/fixed something else in addition to the timing belt service. They told me that they had not performed any additional work to contribute to the higher price.\r\n\r\nI called 2-3 times to speak with someone about the issue and never even got a returned phone call for an explanation of the higher prices. For a shop that prides itself on beating dealer prices this was a bs experience. Horrible customer service on top of pricing that is right in line with the dealerships. I will never take my car to Autoworks Colorado again.

Had an oil change and "thorough" inspection done by this shop on a Thursday. Very next day my radiator warning light came on briefly. I didn't think too much about it since I'd just had the car inspected. I figured maybe the reservoir needed topping off or something. By Sunday morning the car developed a rattle and a smell of smoke. Upon closer inspection, the radiator was bone dry! Had to have it towed to a major dealer in town for repair. Shop owner said even if the radiator had had a leak when they inspected it, they wouldn't necessarily have noticed it. And why not?! I don't call that a "thorough" inspection. While I don't fault them for the fact the car was out of coolant, I do fault them for not catching the problem on inspection. They offered not even a "sorry" or anything. They have absolutely no concept of good customer service in this shop either. On the day I picked up my car, I was running a few minutes late and called ahead to let them know. They wouldn't even hold the door open for five minutes past closing time. I will never take my car to these people again, EVER!

Sadly, I have given Autoworks my money on two occasions. I will not be making that mistake again! We payed for them to do a pre-purchase inspection on the 03 BMW X5 we purchased and they found nothing wrong with it. Right after we purchased it, NUMEROUS problems arose (rear air suspension sagging/check engine light/fuel leak/radiator leak). When we took it to them for these numerous repairs, Autoworks unsuccessfully fixed any of the problems and refused to give us any refund after they had our car for three days and never fixed the problems. They were also terrible about calling us and giving us any updates. We dropped off the car early in the morning and by that evening we had not even received a phone call. We ended up having to call them everyday, they never contacted us with any updates during the three days they had our car. They were unable in a three day time period to find and fix a gas leak. When they told us the gas leak and other issues were fixed, we payed our bill of $630.00 dollars. Too bad the car wasn't fixed! They will not refund any of our money and told us to bring the car back. They couldn't fix the car in 3 days, why would we let these people keep the car for another extended period just to get it back with the same problems. We also had a check engine light on due to the secondary air injection system. They replaced the hose running to the pump. The light came back on the day after we picked it up. After researching the problem myself, I've found that the valve or air pump in the system can also go bad causing this problem. Instead of properly testing other parts in the system that could fail, they just threw the hose at the problem. The only thing that was fixed for our money was one of the rear air shocks. In reality, both air shocks needed to be replaced. We ended up ordering the other rear air shock for $30 cheaper than they charged us for the part and installed it ourselves. Basically, Mark in the office is a joke and none of the mechanics know how to diagnose any problems that the computer scanner doesn't tell them! Don't bring your car to Autoworks! Find a seasoned mechanic to work on your car!

Asked for fuse check as I checked the one manual said (#17) and it was fine, they thought it was "another fuse above the main panel", $191.81 later NO fix, other than they got open passenger window closed by applying direct voltage to motor. Should have been nervous when they kept calling a "friend" about my car and someones AUDI (dashboard replaced and car wouldn't run right). After almost four hours aid it was a controller that was about about $340.00, told them to order. Found my extra fuses from my glove box scattered all over front and back seats, even a couple under the hood. Repeated calls about controller, "controller not in yet". Told them it also appreared the seat heaters weren't working either, they had no ideas. Gave up and figured wait until bad weather over. Called again in early Spring, no success. Totally gave up on them, been busy. Have wife's 2000 Jetta VR6 in another local German speciallty shop who is treating us great, expect it back this coming week. With today's unbelievable weather and no other really pressing honey-do's decided to see if I could find "the blown fuse above the main fuse box". Pulled some documentation off the internet. Carefully removed the main fuse box cover panel, 5 screws out and carefully removed lower dash panel in front of the main fuse box and found Autoworks broke many main fuse box add on connects and just crammed the connections up above the main fuse box. I carefully checked all the "extra" fuses. Nothing burned out - decided to do the un-informed mechanic thing and started checking all fuses from left to right. At #14 found a blown fuse. I replaced #14 - golly all 4 windows and seat heaters work. Carefully put everything back together. Two major lessons learned - internet searches for VW Cabriolet and VW Cabrio give different results - Cabriolet is the early versions - Cabrio the more recent ones (1995-2001). Too bad I didn't know that in December. Justanswer.com had the right fuse identified on 2/15/09, the person paid $15 to get the answer not $191.81 and no fix. Second major lesson learned - DO NOT TRUST AUTOWORKS on Shaffer Parkway, Littleton CO in Southewest Jeffco!!

Autoworks Colorado is easily the best audi repair shop in Denver! We have taken our Audi's to several service shops and Autoworks is the best. They have a great shop, great mechanics and are very personal. We have not found another audi shop that is as reasonable as Autoworks Colorado

I could not be happier with the work Autoworks Colorado did on my BMW. They fixed it at an affordable price, in a timely manner, and didn't pressure me into fixing more than I needed. They have the cleanest shop in Denver and I would strongly recommend them!

I took my Mercedes to Autoworks Colorado because I was sick of the service or lack there of from the dealership I purchased my car at. To my surprise Autoworks had me back on the road in no time. I actually got a call before they did anything to run over the process and to make sure it was ok w/ me. Mark got a new website at www.autorepairindenver.com check him out!

I was looking online for the best auto repair shop in denver and came across Autoworks Colorado. I went to their nice shop in Littleton and found the most personal gentlemen. Autoworks Colorado is the best auto repair shop in denver metro area and provide the best service. They carefully described to me the problems with my 04' BMW and what they could do to fix it. They did not try to hide anything or fix anything I didn't want fixed.
