How this place stays in business is beyond me. My company has a local softball team and wanting to give the city our business, we chose Sportline over on-line stores. All went well until I went to pick up the shirt. They had completely forgotten to put the names on the shirts. They promised it would be ready in 30 minutes. I came back 2 hours later and not only had to wait while the sales person (who I am pretty sure was an owner or manager) chatted with a co-worker (I timed it, 5 minutes of waiting) but the shirts were still not done yet. We had ordered 3 extra shirts with no names. They pulled those out and never put then back in. Then two of the shirts were misspelled which meant another trip back to the store. They only fixed one shirt and not the other shirt that was messed up. Finally I asked them why they had so many problems with such a simple order. What bothered me the most was the way they just brushed it off, like it happens all the time. I have dealt with Sportline before and had bad experiences, and I have learned my lesson. After having to return 3 times because they couldn't get it right and still not being satisfied, having to wait so long and being disregarded as just an annoying customer, they have lost my business forever. You can only treat people badly for so long before you loose all your customers. I would not recommend this store. Go online, the quality is better, the prices are better and I am positive the customer service would be better.

I was shocked to hear that the owner would not let my friend put something on his shirt because it was inappropiate. Word in Arvada is he makes T-shirts for a well known WHITE SUPREMIST ROCK BAND. I wonder how all the hispanic people in their screen printing department feel about that????

I have ordered two letter jackets here and found the service to be thorough and professional. They knew the right questions to ask to create just the product we wanted.

I have never had good customer service here. The store is is overstocked and you are unable to find anything. The customer service is PATHETIC...no one even asks you if you need assistance. I don't think they train any of these teenagers, but the store leaves a lot to be desired. They are overpriced, never have the size you need and with the constance boxes everywhere they need some real help.

Sportline is a JOKE. The customer service is horrible....the manager behind the sales counter is an arrogant punk. I took my accounts to Denver Athletics. Now they have customer service. I highly reccomend them.

This is the first time I've ever left a review but the service was so bad here that I had to say something. We dropped $200 and the kid behind the counter didn't even say thank you.

Sportline is horrible at promising and never following through with the commitments. I would never order a letter jacket from them. They are three months behind and they never told us when we placed our order. They got our money and we have nothing.

We have been using Sportline for all of our apparel for our staff uniforms and have found their quality to be fine, prices fair, and customer service nothing but respectful. I'd take other posts on here with a grain of salt, we have nothing but good things to say and wont even look anywhere else.

I am a parent of a Holy Family High School student. Unfortunately Holy Family works exclusively with Sportline. Not only are their products of poor quality and their customer service much less than satisfactory, they tell us to order online on a website impossible to find.
The first year Sportline shirts were needed, the owner, the Holy Family alumni responsible for the monopoly, he told us his shirts were wrinkle free and wouldn't need an iron. Well, to say the least an iron could barely straighten out the wrinkles. Let me tell you, after an entire year of ironing, I wasn't a happy camper.
I can't wait for my children to graduate just so I won't to deal with Sportline. Extreme as it sounds, it's how I feel. Nothing about Sportline is worthwhile; not the service or the products. I beg of you to avoid the Sportline at all costs and avoid the horrible experience!

Sportline happened to be the ONLY place in town that had a specific softball bat my husband just HAD to have. They even agreed to mark down the price on the bat as it was a 2005 model and the 2006 ones would be coming out soon. The only issue I really have with them is that a friend of my husband's went in to get the bat, taking with him my husband's credit card (with hubby's permission). We fully expected them to deny this friend use of the card since he wasn't the same person who owned the card. BUT...nobody bothered to check an ID on this $270.00 purchase. That's disappointing to me in these days of credit card fraud and identity theft.
