They were very prompt on their arrival time. They were cleaning the walls of our cubicals and took care to keep things tidy while they were working so as not to mess up belongings in the cubicals. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

Sid was a very nice guy and very professional. Cleaned all of our carpets for a reasonable rate and the dry time was less than 2 hours which really helps when you are in a pinch for time. Thank you for the referral.

On time and very efficient!! Well groomed and had ID so knew who was responsible for the services. Paul explained the process and answered all questions in lay man terms.

Very professional and accomodating to changing timeframes. In addition, value for the price was incredible - literally less than half of what I expected to pay. Timely, friendly and well worth recommending to others!

Sid was quick to return my call and give me an estimate. Paul arrived on time to clean my carpets and was informative about the process as well as drying time, etc. The carpets look great and I will definately recommend them to friends and family and will definately use them again.

Skip is a true pro. He showed up on time and completed the project (carpet cleaning) very efficiently and effectively. His price was very reasonable. I'd definitely recommend him for any cleaning job.

First he called me back within 1 min of my requesting service through service magic and he was able to quote me over the phone. He was there on time and he charged us exactly what he quoted over the phone. The price was the best quote I got too. Our carpets were pretty dirty, he did an excellent job in getting them clean. There was no hidden fees and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. Its too bad that this kind of customer service and quality of work is so hard to find. I would use him and this service again. Thanks for a great job!

The reply from all of the professionals was within about 2 minutes. I will give Shepards the 5 stars. However, I would like to see how the carpet wears (if dirt returns from underneath) . The service was prompt, friendly and professional.

Not only did they do a great job, they explained the aspects of carpet cleaning that I had questions regarding such as steam vs normal, letting me make the final decision. I felt I received great service and will contact them for my next cleaning.
