I am a huge fan of Boba tea and it's sad to see that it's not doing well in Colorado compared to how it is on the West Coast. Boba is pretty much a smoothie with little tapioca balls in them to add a little bit of a chewie texture. You can try them out here and it's cheaper than a coffee at starbucks!
