I too dread going to car repair places. The front desk people are very knowledgeable and put you at ease. There is a large waiting room that is pleasant. Our experience with the repairs was very favorable. We felt that they were honest and checked over the car carefully. The garage is conveniently located on Colfax just east of Monaco. You can schedule appointments ahead of time.
I took my car into Hotchkiss for a small repair that I had been putting off for some time. I dread going to car repair places as they generally try to talk over your head. That was not the case at Hotchkiss. They were friendly and explained everything perfectly.
