Do NOT do business with this company. I had new windows and insulation installed. Spent $14,000. They made so many mistakes with installation. Several things went wrong. It was a complete nightmare working with them. They messed up several ways with the installation and I had to ask them to come out to fix things. They also no-showed for installation and never called and I had taken the day off of work. I had to call 5 times just to get an answer regarding whether or not the installer was ever coming. By the time they got back to me to tell me he was sick, almost the entire day had gone by as well as my wages for that day. They offered no compensation for that. Also, they guaranteed a 40% energy savings. The energy analysis THEY prepared after one year showed an energy savings of only 5% in my home. It was absolutely not worth the money. They offered me a $120.00 refund - really doesn't help compared to the $14,000 I spent. Again, stay away from this company! I cannot emphasize that enough. They are disorganized, customer service is terrible, and they did not follow through on the promises made at time of purchase regarding the product. Also, they promised noise reduction with the windows and insulation. There was NO improvement in road noise. When they called shortly after installation to ask if I was having problems, I requested they come out to fix a window that wouldn't slide. They never called me back. Someone else called a few weeks later to survey me about my experience. I again told them the window wasn't working. They said someone would call me to come out. Again, they never did. It still doesn't work. I could go on and on but you get the point. Seriously, STAY AWAY from this company.

We received bids from the 3 most popular window companies in Denver. Champion, Gravinas and K&H. Gravinas had great pricing but there salesman was cheesy and his boss even more of a slime. They try and undercut by talking bad about employees and owners of other companies. This really turned off my husband and I.Then they are so stuck on themselves to keep repeating the whole night that they are the best,no one beats them! Sorry Gravinas this does not sit well with us. Please take a sales 101 class and try again!

Then we met with Champion,we thought they might be a good company but had heard the only reason they even sell anymore is because of Tom Martino advertisements. We gave them a try, at 6 pm on a Tuesday a sales guy..we won't name entered our home and proceeded to tell us exactly what we needed,trying to sell us everything in the world. We looked at the windows and they looked cheap, KH had been out the week before and the features on their windows looked above and beyond these for the price.

Well we finally decided on K&H, and here is why: the salesman was not pushy,he was laid back,asked us what we were looking instead of trying to push us into triple or quad pane stuff we did not need. His price for triple pane was the same as champions double pane!The salesman also explained to us step by step how the install process would go. Gravinas and Champion just blew smoke at us on the process,we could tell there sales guys knew nothing about the install process.

Now that our KH windows are in, we are impressed beyond what we ever imagined. House is quiet now, no street noise,etc. I told my husband the next thing we will do with KH once we get some extra cash is upgrade our siding and have KH add insulation to our walls and attic.

We are very happy with both the windows and the door, and the company was professional and installed them in a timely fashion. We did have a couple of installation problems, which they attempted to rectify to our satisfaction. I would use this company again, but next time would specify exactly what I want the end product to look like to the installers. The windows are draft free, and keep our home cool in the summer, and warmer in the winter. I love the grids you can choose as an option which give our home great curb appeal.

I would not recommend using this company for window replacement. I have had nothing but trouble with them and have been wholly frustrated by my experience. K&H contracted to replace all of the windows in my condo. When they came to replace the windows the first time, they notified me that one of the windows was cracked and had to be reordered. They called several weeks later to schedule the final window installation and the night before the installer cancelled because he was sick. I understand illness but would have hoped someone else could have come out to do one window because with my job I have to schedule the day off in advance and cannot change my mind at the last minute, so I was already down two days of work and would have to reschedule yet again. The third time they came to install the final window, the installer arrived and told me that the window had no grids and would have to be ordered again. This was in November. I had now missed 3 days of work for a one day job. Don't get me wrong, the installers were nothing but professional and I know the errors were not their fault, but I did begin to wonder why the windows are not double checked when the first arrive at the facility before they are scheduled for installation, it would have saved me a lot of headache and missed work. I did not hear from anyone through December, so I called the first week of January and was told that they were still waiting for one panel to arrive and they would call me back the next week. I heard nothing the next week so I called the following week and left a message. No one called me back. I called again and no one called me back. I called a third time and demanded to speak to someone and was told my window had been in the warehouse for almost a week but no one had called me. I asked to speak to management about that and got no reply. I finally asked to speak to the owner and left him a voicemail message. Again no reply in a week's time. I e-mailed both owners and finally got a reply. I told them that the lack of professionalism I had experienced at the customer service level was terrible. Since when should a customer have to chase down their order with a company and when they do have upper management, including VPs and owners not return phone calls? When I finally spoke to the owner he apologized and told me I was the exception to the rule as far as experience goes, but that is of little consolation considering how I was treated. Their solution was to send me $100 in gift vouchers for restaurant.com. Not much in the way of consolation, considering that I lost 3 days of work and was highly inconvenienced. At the very least, I felt they could have knocked a little of the cost of the windows for all the trouble. I did finally get the final window installed, but I was more upset with the fact that products aren't checked for quality before being sent out for installation and that the customer service at K&H leaves A LOT to be desired. Steer clear if you want to avoid a major headache.

K&H Home solutions installed 31 triple pane, low emissivity vinyl replacement windows in my home in a single day. The product (Gorell) was exceptional and the installation was absolutely professional.

The product was competitively priced for high performance windows. K&H has been around for 50+ years and will be here for any warranty work should it arise.

There were no upcharges, surprises or "gotchas". I would recommend them without reservation.

Funny how Eric failed to mention he took his windows apart and broke the pieces himself. You may not believe it but the Judge that ruled in favor of K&H did!

We replaced all of our leaking double paned windows in our Aurora home plus our sliding glass door about 3 years ago.
They are wonderful windows, and the company was great to work with!
We had to have them back to fix one window that was broken, and oe screen, due to storms, and with the lifetime guarantee, there was no charge, service was on time and the windows still look gorgeous!
People still marvel at how smoothly our slider moves, and
I couldn't be happier with K&H!
