My favorite place to eat in Longmont! Fabulous service, atmosphere, food, and drinks! I've tried several different dishes on the menu and they were all superb. You can't go wrong!

I've been to Martini's Bistro at least 3 times. Upon arrival, things are always hectic. No true feeling that the Co-Owner/Host knows what he is doing. It was very crowded the first time, but the food was good.

The 2nd time we were with a large group. It took over 30 minutes to get drinks. Bar was short staffed. The Co-Owner/ Host got frustrated with us because we had 1 additional guest then our reservations were for, we easily made room for them. But he was rude about the situation. I felt bad for the extra guest and he was made to feel uncomfortable so he didn't stay for dinner.

3rd time was an absolute disaster. We walked in and the Host/Co-owner was very unorganized again. We stood in the door way with about 6 other couples (we were 2nd in line) waiting to get our name on the list for 30 minutes. My husband actually went to the bar while we were standing there and got beer's and came back to still standin line in the door way. Another man took over, taking names so we could sit in the "waiting area", however Co-owner/Host sat people when he wanted and out of order even table of 2!!! After several of us sat there for over an hour, 3 couples left with frustration. Many of us joked about how we should all just go some place else for dinner together.

The Co-Owner/Host began seating other tables as they walked in and didn't acknowledge the fact that by this time my husband and I had been waiting for an hour and a half or more. We spoke up and another man sat us apologizing like crazy. When we sat the couple's that had come in after us were done eating. There were at least 5 couple's or Dueces as the Co-Owner/Host referred to us as, that sat down before us but arrived after us without reservations! We were all on the same list or so we thought!

We stayed when most people would not have left, the Co-Owner/Host by this time was intoxicated but he NEVER apologized for the error. He was actually rude and condesending, we were more patient then we should have been. I just wanted to be done with it.

He wants to be in control of the front of the house but is very bad at it. He is better off letting someone else be the host and they need to get more help at the bar.

As for us, we dine out daily, but this will not be on our list. I will never return. There are so many good resteraunts that this one is not worth my time.

Martini's Bistro is definately one of the nicer places to dine in Longmont. It is located in the historic neighborhood of Longmont, and looks like a cute early 1900s home. The patio in the summer time is delightful and so are the martinis!! I've only been to the bistro for appetizers and deserts, but have never been disappointed!

I like to recommend Martini's to people when they are visiting from out of town. It is in a beautiful location, a nice menu and an outstanding patio in the summer months. A fun selection of martini's where anyone can find something interesting to try it they like martinis

Established in an old Longmont house, Martinis's has a nice atmosphere, great cocktails and good food. The outside patio makes for a wonderful summer dinner and the best luch in town. The plate names are witty and one of their signiture martinis is likely to last you through the entire meal. Save room for dessert!

    PROS: Longmont's nicest lunch spot
    CONS: Service is inconsistant
